i think there are stars that we will never see their light and some that have burned out but we dont know it yet as they are still sjining in our sky

the distance to the sun in light years is roughly 0.0000158 light years.

Sirius (brightest star in our sky) takes 9 years of time for the Light to Reach Us. (at speed of light)

The Orion Nebula takes 1500 years.

The Andromeda Galaxy takes 2.5 million years for the light to reach us.

Speed of light travels at 670,616,629 miles per hour x 24 hours x 365 days x 6 years(Sirius) = My calculator isn't big enough...:)

"Science" says it's highly likely that many stars whose light we see on Earth have already died since the light left them.

So in common terms it takes its about 8 minutes for the Sun light to travel to the earth.  lol

Yes pretty big event being that the Sun shall be darkened, the Moon turned to blood, and the stars of heaven falling to the earth.  Being that our sun is considered one of the smallest stars and some stars are said to be over a 1000x bigger than our sun.  What would that look like a star 1000x bigger than our sun falling to earth like a fig leaf?  Falling to earth like a leaf would be some very weak words.  Besides how long would it take for the nearest star (not our Sun) to fall to earth being that it is said to be over 4 light years away.

Many Bible scholars have analyzed that "stars" and "host of heaven" are synonymous terms with what we call angels.
