I think it's all too much. Too many images, too many negative things, too much time invested. Time to get off this Media- Go round.

Can we do it? Can we make the effort now, which will return us to focusing more on what's going on in our community, where we actually make a difference? Instead of watching some guy in Japan catch a fish, or someone's cat get freaked out? And scroll on, and scroll on.....

You are living in this world as it is today. There is no way that social media is going to disappear. It will probably

increase.

Yes, of course. Except what is an invisible reality? 🤔

Irony for one.

Invisible realities refer to the concepts, forces, and phenomena that exist beyond the immediate perception of our senses. These can encompass a wide range of ideas across different fields:

1. Physics and Science
Dark Matter and Dark Energy: These are theoretical substances that are believed to make up most of the universe's mass-energy content but are not directly observable.

Quantum Mechanics: The behavior of particles at the quantum level includes phenomena like superposition and entanglement, which are not visible but have measurable effects.

Magnetic Fields and Gravity: These forces influence objects and environments despite being invisible to the naked eye.

2. Philosophy and Metaphysics
Concept of the Soul or Spirit: Many philosophies and religions propose the existence of a soul or spirit that exists beyond physical reality.

Abstract Concepts: Ideas such as love, justice, beauty, and truth are real in their effects and experiences but are not tangible.

3. Psychology and Consciousness
Subconscious Mind: The part of our mind that influences behavior and emotions without our conscious awareness.

Emotional and Cognitive Processes: Feelings and thoughts are real experiences, though they are not visible.

4. Theology and Spirituality
Divine Presence: Many religious beliefs include the notion of a higher power or divine being whose presence is felt rather than seen.

Afterlife: Concepts of heaven, hell, or other spiritual realms where souls reside after death.

5. Technological and Digital Realms
Data and Algorithms: The vast amounts of data and the algorithms that process them are invisible in everyday life but shape much of our digital interactions.

Virtual Reality: Immersive environments created by technology that provide real experiences without physical presence.

Invisible realities shape our understanding of the world and influence various aspects of life, even though they remain unseen. [Copilot Sourcing]

It all depends.   I am 74 and homebound so I just do two Christian forums, YouTube and once in a while watch a movie on Tubi on my tablet.   Do a little email.    So this is something for me to do each day.

Yes. I like the Christian forums. This is a good one for sure. The problem for me was the videos that came out of nowhere on tic toc and x that were disturbing. After awhile it was like why am I watching something horrible happen to someone? I wasn't looking for that content either. My opinion is that overall we are just drifting away from human contact, almost seems like it's by design.

I can understand what you are saying.   I'm not on those platforms.

I do get tired of seeing everyone's noses to their phone screens!

Well, true. However there are those who avoid it. We are becoming receptors of huge amounts of information very quickly, most of it unimportant, and it keeps us away from the life going on around us.

Yes. And should we grow accustomed to this new behavior? It may get even worse.

If something breaks at home, there is a YouTube video showing how to fix it.  There are hundreds of videos of DIY (do it yourself) helps to do things quicker and easier.

I can listen to newscasts while being productive around the house, where I used to have to sit and read the paper.

This sounds like God's creation and destiny for mankind. I wonder if God is going to put a limit on Physics and Science. Mankind is really going rogue lately.

The New Jerusalem is supposed to be 1,500 miles high, so I don't think there are a lot of limits on Physics.  That would not be possible in this world today.

Worthy can be considered social media. Other than Worthy I don't go to any kind of social media. Life was

simple when I was growing up without the technology we have today. Technology it going to take more control

in our future.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
