Adding up the ages in Genesis from when Adam was created in 3933 B.C. to Abraham arriving in the land of Canaan at the age of 99 in 1886 B.C. is 2047 years. Adding on 430 years from this date puts the Exodus from Egypt in 1456 B.C. 480 years later Solomon starts to build the first Holy Temple in 976 B.C. From the time Adam was created to the building of the Temple, 2957 years have past. Adding on 368 years to Solomon's fourth year brings us to the third year of Jehoiakim King of Judah in 608 B.C. when the Temple was defiled by Nebuchadnezzar's men. Adding on 1290 years to this date is A.D. 683 when the Muslims built the Dome of the Rock on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. At this point 4615 years have past since Adam was created. 1335 years later Israel celebrates it's 70th anniversary in A.D.2018.
3933 B.C. plus 6000 years since Adam was created is A.D. 2068. Since no one can know the day or the hour of the rapture, A.D. 2068 is 6000 years since Adam was created, not since Adam ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The rapture cannot take place until after A.D. 2068.
If year one of Adam in the book of Genesis is when Adam sinned, and taking the seven year tribulation into consideration, then the rapture cannot happen until at least A.D. 2061.
 
 
The 1290/1335 prophecy in Daniel connects our time to the Babylonian period. The 1290 years begins with the first year of the 70 year captivity of Judah, which ended 70 years later. After 1290 years the muslim's built an abomination on the temple mount. 1335 years later brings us to 2018 the 70th anniversary of the rebirth of the state of Israel. 70 year bookends at the beginning and end of the 1290/1335 year prophecy in Daniel.
 
Connecting our time to the times of the kings of Judah allows us to carry the time line back to Adam showing the rapture is not imminent and that it cannot happen until at least 2061.
 
The 49th year of the 50 year Jubilee cycle started at the day of Atonement 2023. Years of release and Jubilee years are Sabbath years where no planting or harvesting is allowed. The war in Israel supernaturally stopping the farming in Israel which is forbidden during these years. If you carry this 50 year cycle back into the past it shows that the first temple was started in a Jubilee year (and probably the third) and that Noah left the ark in a Jubilee year.
 
When you were baptized with fire did you hear the Spirit come like a rushing wind out of heaven and shake the building you were in, if not you have never been baptized with fire. The scripture teaches this happens to anyone GOD chooses to send His Spirit to. After which you would receive your own personal visit by Satan like Christ did, in a dream or vision, where you would be walking beside a giant wearing a white robe being told you will not get away from him.

I salute you. Even if some disagree, you have done a scholarly work. I have no objection, but would like to point out the difficulty of these calculations.

In 1 Kings 6 Solomon begins the foundations of the Temple. You rightly say "in the 480th year since the Exodus and the 6th year of Solomon's reign. But in Acts Chapter 13, Paul makes the same calculation and comes to 573 years - a difference of 93 years. the solution is easy but it still leaves two different calculations by God in His inspired Word. You used the 480 years - prophetic years with 93 years less. I could easily use the 573 years as scriptural and inspired. The end result is different anyway.

The second difficulty is with Paul's prayer in 1st Thessalonians 5:23. He prayed for the Thessalonian saints to be alive (whole men) for the coming of the Lord. Technically, the rapture could have occurred right after Paul's death.

Sir Robert Anderson did a masterful work. But he still had to rely on secular dating. He is probably correct but not by the Bible.

While there are several different people who trace it back to Adam's birth, I picked the 4004 BC.  It is very interesting to plot it all out to see who was alive all at the same time.   I personally put it on an Excel filehistorylog.htm.pdf

No difficulty in the calculations. You can't get 573 years out of Acts 13, and the scripture says after two days-2000 years, the saints would be raised up on the third day-the millennium to live in His sight.

The most common date is 4004.  Not sure where you got the hard 6000 years, but be it far from me to squabble over a few years since the Bible isn't firm about it.   We can't even all agree on Jesus's birthday, so Adam's isn't going to be any better.   Whatever year it was we do have birth/death dates for many generations given and those plotted out makes for some interesting pondering. That is if one trusts the Bible listing the lineage.

For what it is worth....

If we assume it was 4000 years until Christ then we should have another 2000 years until the end of the 6th day. Meaning, we are very close. 

The 4th and final Great Jubilee begain in 457 BC and was to end 490 years later or exactly at the end of the 70 weeks  of years prophecy. At that time, the Messiah was supposed to arrive and we would be with Him. Unfortunately, He was crucified in the "midst of the last week of the prohecy." Meaning, the final Great Jubilee cycle reached only 486.5 of the 490 years required for its fulfillment. Thus, the counting of the 4th Great Jubilee cycle stopped. The Jew, having rejecting and crucifying their Messiah were no longer in "good standing" (not the right term but you get the meaning), with their God. Consequently, and it was part of His plan, ther would be some 2000 years when it would be termed "the time of the Gentiles." At the completion of this time, only God knows, there will be another 3.5 years when God will remove the blindness from the eyes of His people (another Damascus experience at the corporate level this time), and they will go out into the world preaching Jesus and the Word of God .... this will complete the 4th Great Jubilee cycle and bringt in the Messiah. This will take place on Trumpets, and He will fulfill the fall feast days.

Another way to look at this ... and this is not to go off topic and discuss this interpretation...(but I have already done so), but there was 1500 years since Moses was given the Law on Mt. Sinai. In Daniel 7:25, you have the famous "time, times and 1/2 time" formula that everyone has an opinion on what it refers to.... 

But it specifically refers to the giving of the Law. For a "time, times and 1/2 time" the Law will be in the hands of the little horn. He will not have had it is his possession for that amount of time, only he will have it when the end of this period comes. So, times = 1000 years. Consequently, it is 1000, 2000, plus 500 and then the Messiah. God's laws, the 10 commmandments will be in the hands of mankind for 3500 years - 1500 of which are in direct possession by the little horn (papacy), and then the end.

Beginning to Moses 1500 years, plus 3500 years since Moses = 6000 total years and this is the end of the 6th day. The Lord will return and He will take with Him those who accepted Him as their Lord and Savor for 1000 years - the millenium. That will end with 7000 years and a new beginning - the 8th day.

      Understanding the Enemy!

      I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

      For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

      2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. 

      So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

      Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end. 
      Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house. 

      Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

      Shalom everyone,

      As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

      Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
      Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

      So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
