Revelation 16:2 "And the first went and poured out his vial upon the earth and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast and upon them which worshipped his image."

I had the priveledge of reading a radio interview with the actual man who invented the microchip and to my surprise he is actually a Christian. In the interview he said that he regretted having invented the microchip seeing all the ways they have been using the technology because of all the possible ways it could be used for bad.

He said that the chip itself works on lithium batteries and if the batteries inside of them gets broken somehow then it would cause a sore if it got into contact with your skin. The man futher said that he feared that one day the technology would be used somehow within in the end-time somehow. The scripture in Revelations 16:2 says that there will be a noisome and grievous sore that will come on the people who had taken the mark of the beast.

I do not know if this will be related somehow to microchips injected in the foreheads and hands of those in that time on earth. But it could be that if they are used and injected under the skin somehow and something causes them to burst it could explain the noisome and grievous sore that will come upon those who take the mark and worship the beast image. It has also been suggested that the beast could use the microchips in some kind of mind control through sound waves which would some how control the minds of those who take the mark. They are already using this technology in epilepsy people to control their seizures in which they have today. But it could be when God has had enough of the beast on earth Hw himself will step and all the microchip burst inside of them.

But I do not know just thought I would share my opinion and the interview I have got a hold of in my personal studies.

So much misunderstanding of the scriptures! Consider:

Revelation 7:3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

Ephesians 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

No matter what devices the Beast uses in his attempt to MARK everyone, those who are SEALED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, never have to worry about "taking the MoB". AND the MoB will not occur till ALL THE SERVANTS OF GOD ARE SEALED and what I mean by that is even now many have taken the MoB, these are already lost, but every last man, woman and child who are God's will be sealed before the MoB becomes absolutely mandatory for survival. Yet God's saints WILL survive to the very end, albeit that many will be killed.

Everyone who is NOT sealed by the Holy Spirit, WILL be MARKED by the Beast. Those who escape the final judgment of our God at the Lord's return WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED the Seal of the Holy Spirit, may enter into the millineal reign of Christ, but will be required to WORSHIP the living Christ as He sits on His throne ON THIS EARTH, but will not ENTER INTO His glory. At the end of the 1,000 years, Satan will be loosed and round all of them up once again for a final assault against the camp of the saints and their Christ. They will then be cast into the Lake of Fire.

Yes, God chooses whom He will choose. Many are doomed to perdition, there is no such thing as UNIVERSAL SALVATION, as proposed by some in this thread. You may want to consider:

Romans 1:18-28 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. 24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. 26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. 28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

Those that shall be thrown into the Lake of Fire, will have loved THEIR SIN, more than they loved God. Do not be deceived, God is NOT mocked:

Galatians 6:7-8 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. 8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Please read these verseS IN CONTEXT and reconsider your uninformed OPINIONS.

Hazzard you say "certain countries will make war on him at the very time he is supposed to be ruling the world". It would be interesting to know what countries these are. Then we could go there.

I could say much more but I have found over the years that it a complete and total waste of time getting into any subject regarding doctrin, unless people are interested enough to read the Scriptures and what they say.

There is a lot of renewed publicity here about computer chips being compulsorily implanted in all new dogs by our government. This has brought up the inevitable "wait until the government decides that all children/old people/prisoners/prisoners released into the community/people with mental disorders/people with memory loss (delete as appropriate)". Then the warnings about "this is the start of the imposition of the MOB".

However, this morning discussing it with some of my neighbours, one quoted from (I think) an email she'd received saying "the mark is required to enter by deception and breach of faith - or dishonesty", and another said that she believed "chips" would be the MOB because of the part in the Bible where it says "and there fell a noisome and grevious sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast...." and this would occur if somehow the batteries operating the microchip got broken.

I am more confused than ever after this conversation. I still don't think the MOB will be the "computer chip" though as there is so much else that "covers all the bases".

What do others think.

I can understand your confusion, but why don't you study it for yourself instead of depending upon man? Consider:

James 1:5-8 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

and

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

It is WISE to have a "multitude of counselors", and God uses them as tools to clarify our own thinking on a matter. But now YOU KNOW where to get TRUE WISDOM. Are you willing to spend the time in the Word of God to FIND THE TRUTH? Otherwise, you are only getting OPINIONS.

This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man's number. His number is 666" (Rev. 13:16-18).

In the KJV, verse 18 reads, "Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six."

I by no means am a Biblical scholar. Based on this passage, is it right to look for a mark representing "666," or is it the actual name of a person that adds up to 666 that one should be looking for? By the wording here, my first thought is that the mark itself has nothing at all to do with "666." Rather, the beast himself is equal to 666. Or might it be safe to assume that the beast would transfer his 666 to the mark itself? I don't understand the answer fully. If anyone might be able to clarify this better, I would appreciate your response.

To find out what the mark of the beast is, we must first understand what the beast is.

The seven headed wild beast is a symbol for the seven world powers that had dealings with God's people during Bible times. They were Egypt, Assyria, Babylon , Medes and Persions, Greece, Rome, and the Anglo-American combine now in power. During the time of the last head the United Nations, which is symbolizrd by the Scarlet Colored Wild Beast or The Image of the Wild beast, will become the eight King, Rev 17:11, and will go off into destruction. If you read Rev 17:7-18 you will find a definite description of the Wild Beast. Notice verses 7,8 which tells of the beast being out of existence for a time, The League of Nations, and then back again, The United Nations.

Revelation 17:8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

Revelation 20:2-3 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, 3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

At the coming of the Lord, Satan is bound for 1,000 years, the power and authority he gave to the nations is destroyed with the destruction of Babylon (a mystery). At the end of the 1,000 years, Satan is loosed once again and gathers THE NATIONS once again to come against the camp of the Saints, but the Lord with a Word shall destroy them.

I agree that the MoB is the imprisonment of mens minds and actions by Satan.

Edom, Moab, and the children of Ammon shall escape the Antichrist.

"And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: and the king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsmen, and with many ships: and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.

He shall enter also into the glorious land, and many countries shall be overthrown: BUT THESE SHALL ESCAPE OUT OF HIS HAND, even EDOM and MOAB, and the chief of the children of Ammon" (Daniel 11:40-41).

In Daniel 11:40-45 it is plainly stated that when the Antichrist breaks his seven years covenant with the Jews (Dan. 9:27), and enters Palestine in the middle of the seven years, and is given power over the ten kingdoms, and makes a law that all must worship him, that "many countries" [not all] shall be overthrown: but these SHALL ESCAPE outof his hand, even Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon." If these countries escape the antichrist and they are bordering states to Palestine where he has his capital during the last three and one half years of this age (Dan. 11:45; Rev. 11:1, 2), then it is certainly reasonable to believe that other countries across the vast oceans of the world, that were neve in the Old Roman Empire territory will also escape him.

After the Antichrist has conqured many countries and has seized Palestine, "tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many." It is clear here many countries of the north and east of the ten kingdoms of the Old Roman Empire will wage war against the Antichrist and the ten kingdoms, and therefore will not be under him, and will not take his mark.

Zechariah also teaches that many people, even many of the ten kingdoms will not take the mark of the beast and still not be killed. He speaks of a battle between the Jews at Jerusalem and many nations under the Antichrist the very day Christ comes with the armies of Heaven to deliver Israel and set up a kingdom in the world (Zech. 14:1-5, 14). Zechariah said, "And it shall come to pass, that every one THAT IS LEFT of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

I've heard that the Beast could represent FreeMasonry or Communism. I've also heard that there is a large percentage of high-ranking Masons in the United Nations.

You are getting closer to the center core of the beast, but it is not for discussing here.
