The Radical Sect Of A Baptist Church

Has anyone seen these so called Baptist's that are going around the country protesting at the funerals of slain soldiers, holding up signs that say "Thank God For Dead Soldiers" and " They Are All In Hell" They are saying that people that have cancer, heart disease, any kind of sickness God has inflicted them with that disease and they deserve it and they are going to hell with those diseases. They wanted to go to the funerals of these little girls in Pennsylvania. They had signs all ready saying, "Your Daughters Are All Whores, and " They Are Burning In Hell" What is up with these people? I heard the leader of this so called church on Hannity and Combs on Fox News. Even Allen Combs the liberal was horrified and sickend by the hate this monster was spewing. They really believe they are the only ones going to Heaven and the rest of us are all going to burn in hell. She keeps saying the same thing over and over. "Obey The Lord Your God" She is violent in her speech, and you can almost see the demons hanging off her. The only thing that kept them from the funerals of the Amish girls was Mike Gallager a talk show host that offered them an hour of air time on his show so these families could grieve and bury their children in peace. He first offered her money, she told him to go to hell and take his blood money with him. So he gave her an hour of air time. He said later he felt like he needed to disinfect the studio because of hate a vile nature of her speech. Are they stupid or clueless as to what they are doing? It's interesting to note that most of these people are lawyers so they know their free speech rights. I've never seen such hate. Do they really believe they are Christians and that God is pleased with them? I know one thing for sure, they do not serve the God we serve. If I don't miss my guess they are in the occult and somewhere in their worship satan has a hand in. What do you think?

there's already a couple of other threads about the westboro baptist wackos. they aren't christians, nor are they afffiliated with any baptist organizations. the church has over 100 members, and almost every single member is of the same family. in fact, i'm not sure there are any non-family members at all. they are hate-filled evil people. and i do mean they are evil, to the very core.

What I can't believe is that no one has put a stop to what these people are doing.

They are doing this under the guise of a christian denomination. Why doesn't the church step up and do something? Or at least speak up and tell the world that these are not our people.

I can't believe it! When I watched that woman on Hannity and Colmes I saw the evil in her also, plain as day. I'm glad that you all saw it too. Hopefully, there will be no converts to their cult. They are truly sickening.

I did not see or hear about this where is it located if there is a link. I can only go by what you are all saying but it is truly the devil at work here and if they were going to try and go to those funerals they were going to try and stop what God was doing in the midst of the Amish. Of course God beat that down!!

I'm with Light on this one in the sense that I have never heard of them until this thread.

I am also a little "shocked".. if I may use that term for this that the are going under the name of Baptist. I am not Southern Baptist, or American or any of the others.. just Indepedent and I beleive in the local church... Either way, to me that is a completely outrage to take the name "Baptist" which means so much and use it for something like this..... Especially considering they are not truly Baptist....

Telling someone to "go to ... hell" is definitly not of God and I wish I could remind them that in the bible there are wars of which people are defending their beliefs and their country.... it is part of history no less..... and how dare them go around... I'd like to see them out if there ever comes a time when we can no longer defend our country.. what will they be saying them when they don't have that freedom of speech that they seem to love so much....

Yeah, I'd say that's a cult if everything that is posted in this thread is accurate.... I'm gonna have to do some studying on this to find out more, but either way, this is just ridiculous...

However, at the same time... we do needt o remember that these are people that think they have the truth.... lost and on their way to hell.... Even Muslims and other religions believe they have the truth, but so many do not have it... so many have no clue that Jesus died on the cross for their sins, or many know and ignore it. These people are lost and on the verge of a pending death.... If they dont' accept Christ, they themselves will open their eyes in hell....

How about we remember to pray for their souls that they'd accept CHrist and stop blaspheming His name.
