Spent the Day with Dove2 & Shadow2b

I have to tell someone, so here goes. Today, Dove 2 and Shadow2b, came through Greenville where we live, on their way to Paris, TX, to meet with her brother. We visited and had a great time. They're two of the sweetest people I've ever met!!! Then, a couple hours later, we drove on up to Paris, visited some more and had a great time - again! I can't express how much this meant to me, and how sweet those two are! Dpve took pics, but I don't think she'll let me put any on here, LOL, unless we sweet talk her really good.

Have any of you ever met in person, someone else from the board here?

LOL, Ronald, no music. Seems like we spent most of the time, talking, laughing and hugging!! A little eatin' also. And, Dove2 is right, Shadow2b still looks a lot like he does in that pic she posted, and I think Dove2 is prettier now, than in the pic!

I would love to see what they look like (hint hint, Patsy and Gary!) just in case I should ever run into them. In all seriousness, discussion boards are supposed to be just a bunch of faceless names getting together to "chat," but this is more like a community of detached friends. One of these days I have gotta drive down to Texas and meet them. Texas can't be all bad-that's where our pastors are from, but I don't know what area, though.

I met Seraph in person about 2 years ago and see seem to get to gether a few times a year for something or other. Shes even sweeter in person than she is in here . I've almost meant SuzyQ the Statless from Worthychat... but she doesn't chat with us anymore. I just thought I'd share. Seraph is a sweety in person! Don't let her fool you!! She thinks shes a toughy -- but shes not!

Calamity and Steve are just beautiful people. We had a great time. Calamity is even prettier than her picture and so small that I am jealous. We had a wonderful day and part of the night together. We may stop back by and see them on the way home. Calamity's husband is so friendly and welcomed us with open arms.

Wrong Calamity, I got the hint tonight because I am on the hotel computer. LOL.
