To all those telling me that I need to obey what the God says. The bible reveals gods word. So that means if you do not obey this following scripture you are not obeying Gods will and you are ignoring Gods law just as you believe the homosexuals to be. Now remember this verse is crystal clear and there is no way you can change it or say it is not so.

Matthew 5:29-30 (New International Version)

29If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. 30And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.

I am dieing to hear your comments on what I am saying.

Grace to you,

Ritchie,

Unrepentant sin in your life leads to death not life. It's just that simple and lying to you leaves me in an accountable position before God and leaves you in great danger.

Homosexual sex is a sin, leading a Homosexual lifestyle and relationship is not Gods ideal for you. It is in direct opposition to the Will and Word of God.

I have to live my life the way I believe the bible tells me. I cant go on others interpertation of scripture. I have to live by MY interpertation of scripture. If I studyed and prayed and came to the conclusion that homosexuality is sin. THEN I would have to repent.

Scripture is not open to private interpretation.

Grace to you,

Have you ever looked at some one in lust. Then you have to cut your eye out. according to the verse I just posted... Its crystal clear.

Many time Ritchie, many times. :24:

The difference, I have repented of my sinful behavior. Now when the temptation arises, The Law of God is fulfilled in me either by a conviction of the Spirit and repentance or by not allowing the temptation to take hold and resisting it in Gods Grace.

The Word states this;

Ritchie, do you still have both your eyes? If this were to be taken literally, just about every man who has ever lived, except one, would be blind.

Grace to you,

Ritchie,

It is more than a disagreement of opinion. It is a disagreement over the Truth which I hold as my bond. I am wrong and God is Right, it's that simple. It's not relative and it's not a matter of my opinion.

I hold the Truth as I have received it;

I can really understand your situation in this forum. You are right in not accepting what others tell you the truth is, including me. Yes I do see it the way most see it in this thread. I do differ with you on this issue. Yet I agree with you searching for THE TRUTH. It feels good to know you are honestly searching for it.

What anyone here knows could be the truth but you must hear it from the spirit. I have hope you will find the TRUTH about homosexuality.

I hope you see that although most disagree with you here, they are doing it from a place of respect and love for you as a brother in Yeshua. Please remember this when/if you go elsewhere. Finding the truth is a long hard journey and you are feeling just how hard it can be.

Blessings to you brother Richie. Don't take anyone's word as the gospel but please DO listen to the holy spirit. He should be your only guide.

May God bless you in your search and may He bring you to the safe shores of TRUTH.

Oh, I find that sometimes God talks through people and they actually do speak the truth. Don't reject that possibility.

Blessings :taped:

Homosexuals are human beings just like us. These people should'nt be our enemies but our friends. Better yet our best friends! These are the people we should proclaim the good news to. We should'nt act indifferent around them because as much as we hate to admit it, they reflect a resemblance like us. We are bound in our own struggles as well. And when Jesus delivered us from them, we were set free. Why should'nt we do the same for them?

Ritchie:

I had invited you to look at another thread on Born Gay studies but don't know if you had gone there or not. Am I to think that because you have left, you're not really interested in this discussion? I'd be interested in your thoughts. Yes, it is a long thread, but if I were in your position, I'd be doing everything I could to make sure I was in the truth, and that would be an in depth examination of scriptures as well as studies to show whether or not you were born with your desires toward other males.

But that's the way I think. You may be different.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
