Sleep

I can sleep anywhere.  In fact, last night I fell asleep on the couch until my cellphone rang (wrong number!  ) at 1:30AM then I went into bed.

I've slept on the floor, under the Christmas tree once (that was funny actually  and NOT on purpose LOL), in my truck on a "yuppie fishing trip", in my recliner chair, etc.

Most nights I get about 6-1/2 hours, some more some less.

In the Marine Corps, I have slept standing up, at attention, in formation!

I sleep in my bed. But I can sleep just about anywhere at any time.

I use to wake up every hour during the night, but since Jesus has come into my life I now sleep throughout the night. (Thank you Jesus) Isn't he amazing?

In a house, with a mouse

In a box, with a fox

In a car (Whether near or far)

On a train, in the rain

In a tree (Or on the sea)

In the dark (Or in a park)

On a boat (On which is a noisy goat)

Yes, I can, Sam, I can sleep here or there! I can sleep most anywhere!

Yet, I cannot, will not, eat green eggs and ham. I cannot eat them, Sam I Am.

I have learned to sleep anywhere. Mostly 7pm to 1:45am when I must get up for work. Mostly in a big King Sized bed with a most wonderful wife of 34 years (never with anyone else )

I have been known to sleep in the car also.... driving...... boy that was embarrasing ..... especially the third time..... I'm soooo bad.

It does come in handy camping.... on the ground or in the boat, setting leaning up against a tree..... most anywhere must be 6 hours a night or more or...... it's back to the car and we don't need that anymore...... trust me.

When you work on very large machines I've learned not to sleep behind them when working a standby shift for 50 strait hours...... the operators think you've killed yourself and freak out..... once again very embarrasing.....

My wife is a kindergarten teacher and she serves green eggs and ham at least once every year in her class.

Being a real Sam and adopted by my Father in heaven, I do believe that makes my spiritial name Sam I Am ------- and that's cool.

Omagosh! We think alike! I almost posted this very thing! (I couldn't think of enough "sleep" places! )
