I have taken courses on this religion. I have conversed with followers of this religion. I do not base my conclusions on media, or upon propoganda.

Have you read their holy book cover to cover? Do you have an indepth understanding of what their religion requires of them?

Do you actually think the people you talked too are going to say anything bad about their religion?

I'm not telling you to only use one source. There are countless thousands of news articles, video clips, whatever....they can't all be wrong. Do you know what the odds are of that even happening?

You have a one sided picture of these people. You need to look at it from our point of view.....the victims point of view....and from the extremists point of view.

You need to get out of your box and do some research. Go to Youtube and do a search on children and suicide bombers. They're using preschool children as suicide bombers. And these are not propaganda videos. You will see the actual children telling you that they want to do this. Go and check it out. The worst that could happen is that you would learn something.

Believe what you want about me, I don't care. If all the evidence you can offer is Christian "research" and sites about terrorism you don't have much of an argument. There has to be tolerance on both sides of the fence if the strife between Moslems and Jews and Christians is to ever end.

how can my partners people lie david ? i saw first hand while i was in the phillippine how they have beefed up their security in each town or community you go to you are searched david soldiers security gaurds and the police prottecting the shopping centers were people do their shopping and meet and talk and have coffee and have lunch you see securty gaurds with machaine guns and these guys mean buisness the guns are loaded and ready to be used

you cant even say bomb as a joke or suicide bomber as a joke even in the air ports the security is beefed up david police walking with sniffer dogs gaurds doing their bit male and female gaurds and then the army with their power full weapons

in the communities i went into each community had gaurd towers david with boom gates and you were searched before you even were allowed to enter the community

the schools with in were my partner lives have 12 to 15 gaurds patroling the schools and when you step in were the class rooms are and the offices you have 6 more gaurds with hand guns and machaine guns

were the markets are you have patrols with police patroling these markets as the food is bought in fresh

were our church is in lacastaliana david same thing their but they search the buses and the same thing when you step foot of the bus and walk around lacastaliana security is beefed up the schools are prottected and so are the hospitals

how can i make what i say up and have no hard facts ?

you say we need tollerance i say islam needs to lay down its arms surrrender those that they have been prottecting hand in bin laden to the armed forces or tel the armed forces were bin laden and his cluts are then this world wil be a better place when this happens i will have a diffrent aproach when it comes to our muslem brothers and sisters

as the spanish used the catholic church to captore my partners people as the phillippines was controled by the spanish goverment why do i know this i am doing my own leg work as i wil be living in the phillippines serving by my partners side and if i am going to live in the phillippines i want to know al i can about my new country i do my own leg work david i even did this in the country i live in know

this religon has caused a fair bit of trouble david if this was a peac full religon their would be no need for the beefed up security with in my partners country but the goverment is doing its best to prottect its people its futer

The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, yes. They differ on the Trinity aspect but so do the Jews. I don't see anyone denouncing them as demon-worshippers. I don't know if Mohammed was a prophet or not, no. I don't think anyone but God does know. The Moslems believe he was, and that he was the last prophet who came to spread the word to all peoples, but that was Christ's task. Erring in this belief doesn't make them Satanists or evil, although the murderous extremists who twist their faith for their own ends certainly are. So are the people who twist any other religion to support whatever lunacy they want to get up to.

Mohammad denies the divinity of Christ, and says He did not die on the cross. So yes, you can know that Mohamed was not a prophet. At least WillingtoDie knows something about Islam, you don't know anything about it and don't want to evidently. Are you one of those that think there are more than one way to God? We'll all get to heaven but are just following different paths to get there?

I highly recommend you do a little research on Mohammed and his life. It shouldn't be hard to do a quick Google search and find a source you will find acceptable.

Considering the amount of Islamophobia running rampant today, I'm not surprised there are countless sources the espouse your POV. Regardless, I will look into it, however, I take issue with your assertion that I am in a box. At least I am trying to understand them and where they are coming from, you willingly cling to your hatred.

As for their Koran, I have read enough of it to know that it contradicts itself. More often than not it calls for tolerance and acceptance of others, while at other times it calls for forced conversion.

All of this is beside the point, as my original entry into this discussion was merely to say that it is wrong to judge all Muslims on the basis of the actions of a few.

Who is it you believe the Muslims worship?

Who do you believe their Allah is? And who is Mohamed, whom they exalt above Jesus?

Moslems worship God, they just don't know Christ. Much like the Jews, in this. Mohammed, I know little about. If he was a prophet, why was he sent after Christ came? If he wasn't, what was he? I don't know the answers to these questions.
