I know what you asked, but I sure wish there was a choice for "All of the above", so I didn't vote ... but I did peek!

All of them are important and are motivation factors in one's church experience. But there are times many of those motivating factors are missing or not as strong as you wouold like them to be. IMO but there should be something that keeps you there until you are removed.

The most important reason can only be ONE choice!!!!!!

Deut31 must be a baptist...when you have 2 Baptist you have 5 opinions in the room :whistling: Just joking with you Deut31...thanks for your response (s)

I'm sorry. I go for more than one reason and they are all as equally important to me.

The leading of the Holy Spirit, but that was not a choice.

Are we going to have to start counting hanging chads?

What is a hanging chad? :whistling:

It's a reference to the Presidential election of 2000 where Gore had multiple recounts in Florida...google it; you'll find it.

The key words here is "most important"

I chose "because God loves the Church", because I believe God especially loves them/us for the thankless service that they/we endure in, and for their/our loyalty to the glory of Jesus' love.

If this is primarily esteemed the other options would be a joy.

I voted for being spiritually fed. Although this is generally thought of as hearing the word preached, Rom 10:17

I believe there are different aspects to being spiritually fed. Which would involve partaking in worship, fellowship with other believers, giving of one's selves and one's money.

In fact anything that involves doing the will of God could be considered as being spiritually fed. See John 4:34.
