this is why im not a big fan of my country...and apparently god isnt either.

It is not the 'country' itself. It is those within it.

this is not our country anyways, its theirs.

Who are these nebulous, vague owners of this country? I just have to know. :)

Glory who are you joking? You don't want to know.

Oh, yes I DO want to know.....do you have knowledge that the rest of us don't? Come on....you know you want to tell the world. And why are you reposting things I have posted in the past???? What's your point??? :33:

To remind you. It seems as if your memory is short on the stick.

Whatever for your free speech restrictions. Justifiable to you and others or not. It's limited and continuing. The enemy is far bigger than Islam. And yes, as far as our country goes the Federal Reserve is the enemy (excluding pure spiritual forces). This is where you and me disagree. We will lose our sovereignty due to money not Islam. The NAU will be a step toward the new world order not towards securing our sovereignty (but no big deal, right?):) Your thinking has no practical connection between what is written and what's currently happening. You think the mark will come by Islam. The mark will come by those who control the money system, aka "the money changers".

I'm still waiting for your answer as to what is going to happen in five years.

Within 5 years you will understand these words. You wouldn't understand it until then. Unless God reveals it to you sooner.

my point exactly. people think its crazy to believe there are "upper echelons" who have essentially unlimited power at their fingertips. to answer your question...the united states government in general, possibly others.

this reality isnt hard to discover, either. it just takes some research and then its just a matter of logical thinking and fitting the puzzle pieces together. it may be somewhat of an uncomfortable route to take, seeing as it may be hard for some to believe their own government could ever be so sinister. but ya, coupled with society's moral decay, this is why im not a big fan of my country...and apparently god isnt either.

She doesn't want to know and can't figure it out. She expects you to research so she can blindly refute it or concede then forget. Only to later ask you to re explain it. :)

I love my country. I love it's people, and I love it's ways. So I consider myself patriotic to a degree.

The only time I could see myself opposing my country would be if England ever became locked in a war against Israel. In such a scenario, I would desert my country, and stand on the side of Israel.

Does that make me unpatriotic?........I don't know. Probably. But I don't really care.

I know that I would never raise a hand against Israel.

I would seek the approval of God, rather than men. And any nation that fights against Israel, and seeks to destroy her, would be fighting against God Almighty, in my opinion.

Actually it makes you a traitor. The deepest level of hell is reserved for traitors, don't forget. Israel isn't special, it's just a state for the Jews where they're supposedly safe from persecution. Israel is not God's chosen people any longer.

I accept that this is your opinion, but I must say that I find this attitude very offensive. When I started this thread, I did not want a confrontational discussion. This comment has now made this thread very confrontational, I believe.

I think there's a difference in patriotism today, than say 50 years ago. It seems as though today, we are prideful more than patriotic. We have not humbled ourselves as a nation. Whereas I think we used to have a more humble spirit about us, as a people.

That's just my impression.

In His Love,

Suzanne

 We might just get the chance with this next election...

It's not meant to be offensive, Afal, but it is meant to be clear. As a citizen of the UK, if I take up arms against British forces in a war, I'm commiting high treason. I see that as the gravest possible crime a person can commit, worse than murder, rape or anything else. If the UK goes to war with Israel for some reason I won't be involved because I'm not a soldier anymore, but if I were then I'd fight for my country and trust the chain of command.

For someone to go and fight for Israel in such a scenario is no different to the British traitors who went to be used as human shields when we went to war with Iraq. I don't know what became of them but I fervently hope they reaped the fruits of their treason.

My country may not always be right and it's my responsibility to work against something I don't want to happen - like a war with Israel - but if the majority of people support it then it's my responsibility to stand with my country for good or ill. Loyalty goes beyond likes and dislikes and for the soldiers who've given their oath - before God - to serve the Crown until death it goes beyond any other consideration.

Thankfully we're not likely to find ourselves at war with Israel. Indeed, in any real war we could be involved in in that region Israel would likely be an ally - and God help anyone that found themselves opposed to the British and Israeli armies united.

Do you have a reference verse for that statement?

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
