why would I want to look at something you've pointed to if you can't even explain why you believe it?

I mean...you can't answer even one question?

The entire long list of stuff you just posted was wrong...just wrong. I'm not going to quibble with you though. It's obvious to everyone.

Can we still be friends?

Okay I believe it because it bears witness with me that it is the truth and makes more sense then other views.

BTW I answered your questions, I said that I did not know.

You said the list was wrong just wrong and that evryone knows this. Okay then let it be in everyone one mind then that it is wrong. It will however be right in mine.

Can we be friends? Time will tell, I hope so, but it would have to be a friendship where perfection was not required, and differece of opinions and views were respected.

Peace to you even if you are a futurist.

Thanks!

If I required perfection I'd have no friends at all. I respect your views...it's not like heresy or anything.

Obviously you think this makes you a better christian and we can use all the help we can get on this side of eternity.

so back to the last question I asked. How can we work together to further the gospel of our Messiah and King?

If there is no Kingdom coming...is there a day of judgement? What is there to look forward to exactly?

We can work together as the Lord leads us. It is hard to say if in the future we will work together to farther the Kingdom. I live in Canada probably a couple of thousands of miles away from you.

As far as this forum goes and working together we must first be in agreement, therefore moving to other topics which may not be what the Lord wants me to do.

You asked is there no Kingdom coming...is there a day of judgement? What is there to look forward to exactly?

Kingdom has come and is at hand

There was a judgment day in 70 AD and each shall person who rejects Christ will be judged after death.

We have alot to look forward to, especailly when it comes to Jesus manifesting Himself through us. The world still has people with stoney hearts that need to come to repentance.

In Daniel 2 the Kingdom of God is seen as a kingdom that increases with time not fully at once as futurist see it.

Yod in your opinion is there death in the New Heaven and Earth, if not why does it say a child will die 100 years ago. And sinners will be there and live to be 100 years old. Does this scripture fit in with today? I say it does and I'am sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the New Coveant "Heaven" age. As a Preterist I believe the Old Covenant was the Old Heaven that passed away. The New Covenant is the New Heavens spoken of in Isaiah 65. How the lion eats straw and lies down with the lamb etc has a spiritual fulfillment in the New Covenant but I'm not sure what it is.

Isaiah 65

20"No more shall an infant from there live but a few days,

that's an easy question....

It's speaking of the (soon) coming Millennial Reign of Christ on Earth. Ya know.....when the Torah will go forth from Jerusalem? When the wolf lies down with the lamb? All that stuff happens before The Judgement.

THEN....we see the new heavens and the new earth....because we'll all be in glorified bodies and able to get off of this one! :oww:

Dear Brad,

I know you are serieus in what you believe.

But I can't see how you say things already happened which are still prophecy. There is no peace around us---these days are the beginning of the tribulation days. Who do you think the Antichrist was? Do you really think we past all those tribulation years? Look what is happening in Israel, does that look like peace to you?

It boggles my mind, I see nothing even coming close to where the wolf lies down with the lamb.

I wonder where you learned and heard all of this.

Isaiah 65

20"No more shall an infant from there live but a few days,

        Nor an old man who has not fulfilled his days;

For the child shall die one hundred years old,

But the sinner being one hundred years old shall be accursed.

I believe this will all be happening in the Millenium, which is still to come..after the 7 years of tribulation.

I believe also that we all will be judged on the end of the millenium ,that will say the unbelievers will be judged, the born again Christians will be judged to see what their reward is but the unbeliever will be send to hell. Its then when the graves will open for the second time.

There is still so much to come before this all will happen.

May I ask if you are sure of eternal life for you ,do you knowq you are going to heaven for sure?

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
