The answer for me in my life is God used all the bad to show me all the good. My husband and I are going through so much right now ourselves with his business and sometimes its hard for me not to get upset or even angry about it all. When I feel all of it ganging up on me I turn to God in prayer and talk it out with Him. Its took me a long time to learn to let it go when things started to get to me. I have found such great joy and peace in the knowledge that whatever comes my way God is there to hold me up. I pray that you are able to find resolution to your troubles and find peace in God's love.

Why does God allow so much pain? Is God strong enough to stop some of it? I don't understand.:41: :41: :41:

There are some things we do not understand completely about his plan of salvation, happiness, We do not comprehend why or wherfore at the moment of hardship and extreme pain, but as time gos on we do become aware of the reasons and the blessings that come from therofe from the pain and sufferings. To be able to understand even partially we must have complete faith, understanding of the eternal nature of our excistance; and the blessings of not only this world; but the world yet to come. :41:

Satan obtains leave to try Job.

Job's afflictions began from the malice of Satan, by the Lord's permission, for wise and holy purposes. There is an evil spirit, the enemy of God, and of all righteousness, who is continually seeking to distress, to lead astray, and, if possible, to destroy those who love God. How far his influence may extend, we cannot say; but probably much unsteadiness and unhappiness in Christians may be ascribed to him. While we are on this earth we are within his reach. Hence it concerns us to

be sober and vigilant, 1Pe 5:8. See how Satan censures Job. This is the common way of slanderers, to suggest that which they have no reason to think is true. But as there is nothing we should dread more than really being hypocrites, so there is nothing we need dread less than being called and counted so without cause. It is not wrong to look at the eternal recompence in our obedience; but it is wrong to aim at worldly advantages in our religion. God's

people are taken under his special protection; they, and all that belong to them. The blessing of the Lord makes rich; Satan himself owns it. God suffered Job to be tried, as he suffered Peter to be sifted. It is our comfort that God has the devil in a chain, Re 20:1. He has no power to lead men to sin, but what they give him themselves; nor any power to afflict men, but what is given him from above. All this is here described to us after the manner of

men. The Scripture speaks thus to teach us that God directs the affairs of the world. (Job 1:13-19)

I think all things work towards good to them that love and serve Him as the Bible says. We grow through tribulation and trials so they have their purpose. We come to the point of feeling the peace in His love no matter what life throws our way after a time. He is our only refuge.

God never said we wouldn't suffer, he does say that he will give us peace through the sufferings, There is a reason for suffering, James 1:2-6, Romans 5:1-8

When we suffer, we actually gain in endurance and character, and it greatly increases our faith, God is strong enough to stop all of it, and he does stop a lot of it, I have seen some amazing miracles happen.

Why does God allow so much pain?

Did you know that God feels pain, too?

Every day He is rejected.

Every day people curse Him.

Every day He endures being hated.

Every day He is left out of the lives of those He loves.

Every day He is dis-esteemed, dishonored and de-valued.

Every day people honor Him with their lips but dishonor him with their lives.

Every day those He loves abuse His name for personal gain.

And every day the ones He loves hurt each other.

Why doesn't God stop people from hurting Him?

If you can find the answer to this, you may find the answer to what you seek.

Prayers for your freedom and healing.

But even if God does play dice with the universe, who are we to complain about it? Its his property.

Property? Are we supposed to be mindless slaves with no feelings as to the the dice rolled our way? :th_praying:

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
