  1. Jesus said in Luke 17:29b-21 NKJV Jesus states: "The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say 'See here' or 'see there!'. For indeed the Kingdom of God is within you." When Jesus becomes our Lord we become a part of the Kingdom of God. We walk according to the Spirit. You have a very limited idea of who are Christians and will be in Heaven. I do agree that we can partake of many benefits such as joy and peace, but they grow in us as we depend on God's promises. People don't necessarily need to be exercising gifts to be a part of God's Kingdom. If we have the Spirit in us crying Abba we have the promise of salvation. People are invited to give our opinions on this forum. All revelations and prophecy needs to be weighed by Scripture under any circumstances. There is a place for this under prophecy in our forum, I believe. No one gets to make a proclamation without the opinions and understanding of others being expressed in other places. If you are not accustomed to having your revelations evaluated you need to be--we are told to do so.
  2. People ask the same questions over and over anyhow. We get new people who have not read the posts. I listen to Christian radio in which the same questions are asked repeatedly. They are always gracious and say, "That is a good question!" The basics of the Gospel never get old. Those of us who have moved to the meat of the Word should be patient to disciple those who have an unclear understanding. Perhaps some, who contradict the clear Word of God, will be won over with the help of the Holy Spirit. People newer to the forum don't realize how old the topic is sometimes. Patience and long-suffering are, after all, the fruit of the Spirit and we can choose to be good examples.
  3. When Peter preached at Cornelius' house, the Holy Spirit fell on them when they just heard the Gospel and believed. So Peter's argument was how could he withhold baptism from them since they had already received the Holy Spirit and were born again? We are born again when we hear the Gospel and believe. Faith is a gift from God. John 3:5 must be read in the context of John 3:6 NKJV That which is born of flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Water refers to natural birth and Spirit refers to being born again. Verse 8 goes on to explain that the Spirit pneuma wind blows where it wishes. There is no real formula as to people being born again. Only God knows hearts and whether people truly have believed the Gospel. I have known people to have been baptized in several churches just to join them, but their motives were to get clients or to have the right appearance for politics. They had not repented and turned to Christ for forgiveness, desiring to rely on Him as their Redeemer and God. Baptism is no magical ritual. But it does work faith in us as we understand more fully what has already happened to us. Our old nature is dead and buried. The old person is gone and we have new life in us--the life of Jesus Himself by His Holy Spirit. Many people believe the Jesus is God the Father's Son, but they don't want to say that Jesus is God because to them only the Father is God. However, John 1 plainly states that Jesus existed as the Word before being born here on earth, and the Word was God, and the Word was in the beginning With God. Moreover, the Word took part in creation. So there is more than one expression or distinct person of the Godhead. Genesis 1:2 also mentions the Spirit of God hovering over the waters. So the Word and the Spirit are both mentioned in addition to Father God, and the three spoke to one another. Let US make man in OUR image. It is so easy yet so profound. We prefer to call them Father God, Son God, and Spirit God to distinguish them. I suspect that there are people who are born again, but who can't understand the nature of the Trinity. You and I can't fully understand the nature of God either, because we are merely the creation and He is beyond our total comprehension. We can only understand how He has revealed Himself in the Bible. John 1:18b The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him. Doctrinally I agree that God is 3 in 1 and that this is His revelation of Himself in Scripture. But as John 3 says, the Wind/Spirit blows where He wishes, and so is everyone who is born of the Spirit. The only real way we can see this is by the effects on peoples' lives and the fruit produced in them: love, joy, peace, patience kindness goodness long-suffering, faithfulness, and self control. They will have love for each other. They will not pass judgement on each others hearts because only God can judge righteously. They will judge actions and words as to whether they are Christ like. 1 John 4:2 By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichirst, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world. John 1:14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. Col. 2:8-10 NKJV Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. All of God, the 3 in 1 Godhead, dwelt in Christ while He dwelt here in an earthly body. Jesus Christ was Immanuel, God with us. Doubting Thomas confessed the risen Christ to be "My Lord and my God!" So He was fully God and fully human. The biggest advantage to accepting the Trinity is that suddenly a whole lot of the Bible makes more sense. It unlocks more truth and more blessing. Baptism is an act of obedience in response to the leading of the Holy Spirit. It is the result of faith, just as are restitution, hungering for and reading the Bible, and other fruit befitting repentance. I was baptized at my mom's insistence, not the leading of the Holy Spirit. But I had confessed Him to my friends and had made restitution in response to the Holy Spirit. I had purchased an AMP New Testament and read it in response to the Holy Spirit. So I was walking according to the Spirit and praying. But I had no desire to join the church I was raised in because God was not feeding me there. As to the OP, I allowed our children to be baptized in early grade school after stalling them till God told me not to discourage them. One of them had walked in the door and declared that he had asked Jesus to come into his heart and now if I go away he will never be alone! (I had left him with as sitter while at a Bible study) I asked the other son if he would like to ask Jesus into his heart. He had replied, looking down at his little chest, "Mother, He's not in me, I'm in Him!" So I figured they could always get baptized again when they were older, and they did. Meanwhile they had become little evangelists, challenging neighbors to go to church and bringing their friends with them.
  4. A friend of mine was studying Chinese at a Beijing university in the 90s. All his emails were read and censored and he had to be very careful not to reveal any connection to religion, since he was planning to go into missionary work and Bible translation. He reported that some provinces were very strict and some were more receptive to Christians, depending on how the laws were enforced. He was there for many years and traveled widely. Others have reported that the Canton province was less restrictive. People who go there to adopt also find the areas around Korea to be less restrictive. These things also vary with the current political leaders. I get the impression that it may also depend on the local authorities. Voice of the Martyrs keeps up with the jailing and persecution of Christians. It has an interview with people who had been in prison for several years for their faith in western China as of 2013.
  5. I cut my teeth on Amplified when I was 13. Mom gave me an RSV, then I used NASV, and now my go to is NKJV. But I like to reference Young's, Wuest's expanded version, and ALT3. The latter two help to translate verb tenses and other grammar that does not directly translate to English. I do prefer versions that put words in italics that were not in the original text. I also consider it more important to read the Bible than to worry about the correct translation. But some are not translations but are paraphrases, such as the Living Bible, and others are deliberate perversions such as the Jehovah's Witnesses New World Translation. These are to be avoided for serious Bible Study. The KJV does little for me. I tend to stumble over the archaic words and miss the meaning; that is, I can't see the forest because of the trees.
  6. Some who kick the hardest against the goads are under the conviction of the Holy Spirit, and are close to coming to Him. Others harden their hearts even more and, despite their need for God's forgiveness and rest, they persist in their scornful tirades. These need love even more. So we bless them and do good to them, heaping burning coals upon their heads. Willa
  7. I agree with others that Jesus claimed to be God when he said "before Abraham was, I AM". John 8:58. This is a clear reference to Ex. 3:14-15. The preface of most Bibles will tell you that YHWH is translated LORD in capital letters. When used otherwise it is in small letters. It would be more apparent if all large capitals were used or if YHWH were in a footnote each time. But I compliment you on your research. He who seeks shall find. Don't forget to ask God to enlighten you as well, as Jesus says that is the job of the Holy Spirit. We all need God's enlightenment to understand Scripture. John 16:13-15, 14:26 Blessings, Willa
  8. Jesus told us of wolves in sheep's clothing. It is not easily seen what is in a person's heart. Even king David gave into temptation, but God called him on it and brought him back to repentance and to walk with Him. So that wayward pastor may eventually come around, but their lives will always bear the consequences of their sin. However, those that renounce Christianity probably were never saved. People can be presidents of a seminary and not ever have found salvation. They have head knowledge but have never learned to rely on Christ and have a relationship with Him. I know a pastor who led such a man to repentance and salvation.
  9. I am firm in my beliefs, but chose to answer the question anyhow since several months have elapsed since this was posted (again). 1. The word "believe" in Greek means to trust in, rely on, cling to, adhere to. Believe is not just to give assent or know about. It is an active faith that does not waver but relies on Jesus in every day details of life. That is how the just shall live by his faith. He trusts in God's Word, the Bible, and he trusts in God's character as revealed in the Bible. 2. Christians' good deeds are evidence of Christ's love dwelling within them. They love others as they love themselves but also may love them sacrificially. Brotherly love is liking and enjoying our brothers and sisters in Christ. Godly love goes a step farther and serves them as Christ did. Other people's good deeds are not motivated and directed by God's loving Holy Spirit. They are motivated for more selfish reasons, such as to earn God's favor or to get people to like them, to look good, or because they think it is expected of them. 1 Cor . 13:3 and though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing. This is speaking of the the love produced by God's indwelling Holy Spirit in Believers. I think # 2 answers # 3. Good deeds in God's eyes are motivated and directed by His loving Holy Spirit. They were deeds prepared before the foundation of the world for Christians to fulfill. One is sharing the way of salvation with others because we care about them and where their lives are taking them. 4. Christians are absolutely required to believe that Christ is who He says He is: Jesus is the only begotten Son of God Who was with God the Father before the universe was created; He claimed to be the I AM that spoke out of Moses' burning bush, claiming to be God and YHWH Jehovah, but calling Himself I Am that I Am. He also calls Himself Son of Man, a title for the Messiah, and The Son of God. If Jesus believed the Bible, we also should. But all that is really required is to believe that He was God in human flesh and bones, that He suffered and died for your sins on the cross that you might be forgiven, that He arose from the dead and was seen by many people. He ascended into heaven to pray for us, and to ask the Father that His Holy Spirit might be sent back to dwell in Believers; there He was restored to his former glory.. 1 Corinthians 15:3-4. John 16 & 17 5. Believe means to trust in and rely upon. I rely on the promises of God contained in the Bible. I rely on the truth in it and the revelation of God's character in it. I see the evidence of its veracity in the good it produces in the lives of others and my own life. 6. The Greeks had many words for love. 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NKJV states: Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up (arrogant); does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, hopes all things, endures all things. This is the kind of love produced by God's Holy Spirit in believers. 7. Christians hate the world and the evil in it which opposes God. Christians have pity and compassion on sinful worldly people. 8. We are told to repent, which means to change our minds about Jesus and to desire to follow Him instead of giving in to our selfish, sinful ways. We determine to live for and serve Him instead of living for ourselves or some false ideal or religion. This is a decision, but evidence of that decision will naturally follow. Even the thief on the cross showed he had repented when he ceased to taunt Jesus but recognized Who He IS, and asked Him to remember him when He comes into His Kingdom. Romans 10:9-10 If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Having said these things, all Christians are slowly being conformed to the likeness of Christ. None has "arrived" at that perfect state this side of heaven. All of us have lapses when we say or do something unChristlike. This keeps us going back to God, confessing our sins and asking Him to cleanse our hearts. Often others can see our sins but we are blind to them because God hasn't revealed them yet. If God revealed to us all the ugliness of our sinful nature and imperfection to us at one time, we would be overwhelmed. He chips away at our old nature little by little so that the nature of Christ can be revealed in us. He is the Treasure in our earthen vessels (with feet made of clay). 2 Cor. 4:7
  10. Again, I agree with Scripture but not the way you interpret them. Onesiphorus is spoken of as one who is not with his family but who has been with Paul and had helped him. He is not necessarily dead and I have never read it to mean that he was. When Christ judges the church he will judge our works and reward us as to the quality. This has nothing to do with purgatory. The works that remain will be those inspired of God and done in love. This is something that is to come after the wrath of God is poured out on the world. The 30 year war was a very bloody war in which horrible things were done by the Catholic church as well as by those broke away from it. Much of it was political and had little to do with any true Christians. Luther was very wrong in giving in to the prevalent antisemitism at the end of his life. Origen was called a heretic by the Catholic church but you quote him as an authority??? The fact that error was already creeping into the church in the catacombs is not proof of the validity of praying for the dead, who either had the life of Christ in them or did not. There are no second chances after death. Either their sins are forgiven by grace and faith in the blood of Christ or they remain unforgiven. The very fact that the Catholic church killed those who tried to print or even translate the Bible into the language of the people is proof of the evil guiding it. It was afraid of the truth becoming known. The Holy Spirit works largely through the Word of God. Jesus Himself is called the Word. The Catholic church has been afraid of the people knowing the Truth since at least the year 600 and has withheld the Scriptures from the people. At least the Greek church allowed the people to have access to the Bible. If the pope himself has no better understanding of salvation than to make a personal opinion known that athiests will go to heaven by their good works, then I have reason to doubt the pope's salvation. Didn't you agree not to teach Catholic doctrine when you joined this forum? It used to be part of the TOS.
  11. Therese, I simply disagree with your conclusions. Since a young woman found to be not be a virgin on her wedding day would have been stoned according to Jewish law, it is a forgone conclusion that the word should be translated virgin. There was no subterfuge. It is my understanding the the Hebrew version was begun nearly 200 BC but had not yet been concluded until after the death of Christ. It was as literal as they could make it, since they did regard these to be the holy Words of God. There are truly inspired passages within the Apocrypha, but many of the books are also filled with errors and nonsense. So it is a mixture. That is why they are good to read but are not considered as pure, inspired and reliable as the Canon. It is like reading the Book of Mormon. There are passages from the King James Version interspersed with fiction. You are not the only one who has studied these things in depth; but others have come to opposite conclusions. So we should agree to disagree. You have a distinct hatred for Luther, but his reformations were for good and just causes. The pope at that time was very corrupt. Selling tickets to get people out of purgatory is an abomination, and the doctrine of purgatory is in itself not biblical. Bringing doctrine to align with Scripture was a good thing. Luther was not perfect, but he did bring us back to salvation by grace through faith, a gift from God, and back to the Bible. Without that foundation the cults grow like weeds. I am thankful for the church fathers that refuted many of the early heresies by using Scripture. It is sad that this did not continue to be the practice into modern times. Today the catholic traditions were made doctrine without first comparing them to Scriptural truth. The first century Christians did not always have many written books and had to rely on the words of the apostles, so their traditions were considered reliable. It was decided to add that Mary did not have a natural birth in the years after the reformation, or there might have been 96 thesis instead of 95. Then they made her ascend into heaven as well, didn't they? The beauty of the true Biblical story is that Mary was a humble, godly young woman who was blessed by God to carry our Redeemer. She was not mentioned after the first few chapters of Acts so she was either not important or died near that time. We should never bow down before a statue of her or pray to her according to the 10 commandments. The present pope would also benefit from reading the Bible more.
  12. I was not surprised that Whitman College was named the best college in WA state. A humanities professor tells the students that if they are still a Christian when they finish his class, he will flunk them. I don't personally know anyone who, having graduated there, is a practicing Christian. Back in the 20s and 30s they taught humanism. They are very anti Christian. It also was founded as a Christian college.
  13. The Pope seems to know more about the world than about the Christian faith and the Bible. When he comments on the latter, for which he is supposed to be infallible, he gets it wrong and is corrected by the authorities in church doctrine. After all, he told us that good atheists will go to heaven. He does seem to be making poor choices. The blind leading the blind, yet, as stated above, he thinks he can see. How sad a state for so many people to be led into deeper darkness. He seems to be leaning toward liberation theology, which the Catholic church has already condemned as a Marxist cult.
  14. The book of Enoch was considered for being included in the ancient canon of scripture. It is quoted and alluded to in the New Testament, demonstrating that it was read and used by Jesus and the Apostles. I personally would want to use what they used - and, contrary to what some may believe, that includes the 7 books Luther removed from the bible.
  15. On buriel mounds in the Ukraine, the steps, eastern Russia, western China and silk trade route. Females were buried in about 20% of graves of the lower and middle Volga river region during the Yamna and Poltavka cultures.[13] Two thousand years later, females dressed as warriors were buried in the same region. David Anthony notes, "About 20% of Scythian-Sarmatian "warrior graves" on the lower Don and lower Volga contained females dressed for battle as if they were men, a phenomenon that probably inspired the Greek tales about the Amazons."[13] A near-equal ratio of male-to-female graves was found in the eastern Manych steppes and Kuban-Azov steppes during the Yamna culture.[13] In Ukraine, the ratio was intermediate between the other two regions.[13Females were buried in about 20% of graves of the lower and middle Volga river region during the Yamna and Poltavka cultures.[13] Two thousand years later, females dressed as warriors were buried in the same region. Scythian women wore long, loose robes, ornamented with metal plaques (gold). Women wore shawls, often richly decorated with metal (golden) plaques." Wikipedia on Scythians: Men and women wore long trousers, often adorned with metal plaques and often embroidered or adorned with felt appliqués; trousers could have been wider or tight fitting depending on the area. Materials used depended on the wealth, climate and necessity. Men and women warriors wore variations of long and shorter boots, wool-leather-felt gaiter-boots and moccasin-like shoes. They were either of a laced or simple slip on type. Women wore also soft shoes with metal (gold) plaques. Men and women wore belts. Warrior belts were made of leather, often with gold or other metal adornments and had many attached leather thongs for fastening of the owner's gorytos, sword, whet stone, whip etc. Belts were fastened with metal or horn belt-hooks, leather thongs and metal (often golden) or horn belt-plates." It seems that the wearing of pants started with horseback riding, which the Scythians were known to have developed. They were nomadic and often raided settlements. Both men and women wore trousers, known as far back as 2500 BC. (A pair was found in China from 2600 BC). Scythians were related to the Iranians, which could account for both their men wearing trousers for horseback riding and women wearing trousers or pantaloon harem pants. Ex. 28:42 speaks of making trousers for the priests to cover their nakedness. Otherwise tunics and cloaks were normally worn by both men and women, with men having fringes on theirs to tell them apart. So trousers were not normally worn in the Bible. They were probably created for modesty when sacrificing at the alter. If you want to dress totally according to the Bible, you better get out your sheets and start turning them into tunics and robes. In recent times, French women who followed behind their husbands into battle on horseback, riding astride, also wore trousers in the early 1800s. Whenever women were required to do the work of men they often wore trousers for safety's sake, both in England and here on the western frontier. But athletics and bicycles also opened the way for women to dress more safely, conveniently and modestly in pantaloons in the 1890s. Often they were worn under a shorter skirt. Skirts tend to get caught in bicycle chains and there are no bicycle side saddles. Sometimes split skirts like culottes were worn for riding horses in the west around 1900. Women wore trousers in the factories during WWII. Today many jobs that are traditionally for women require the wearing of trousers, jeans and the like. Once again. Women's trousers and jeans are made to accommodate the shape of women, and men would look pretty strange in them. I have nothing against women wearing the loose fitting tunics of biblical days, having dressed in a tunic for our high school Latin banquet. They are comfortable and loose fitting, modest and suitable for church. But since our church does not encourage dressing in such a way that calls attention to ourselves, I would not wear it to our church. And men would really be an attention getter in a tunic and robe. So some people have the idea that women's slacks should not be worn by women which is a man made law. Others think that only clubbing attire should be worn to church, as in suits, ties and little black spandex dresses (i looked up the fabric content). Some of us prefer to dress casually and flip flops are fine for church, to the horror of others who are steeped in their traditions. I don't think God really cares, as long as we go to church, pray and read our bibles. I have prayed in the shower and read my Bible on the toilet. We came into the world naked and naked we shall return. God does not look at the outward appearance but looks at our hearts. By the way, I do encourage those of you who do not attend a church to do so, especially as we see the time of His coming approaching. This is far more important than what we wear.
  16. Steve answered well. Jesus is I AM, Jehovah YHWH, God, Messiah, Savior, God With Us, the Alpha and Omega, the Word, Creator.
  17. We are told by Jesus that we would be hated just because we are Christians who believe God's Word and have the Holy Spirit living in us. " All who seek to live godly lives in Christ Jesus will be persecuted." You have other kinds of bigotry to deal with as well. So even if you lived here you may face some of the same problems. It is sad that Christians have also mistreated you. We are told in 1 John that if we say we love God but hate our (Christian) brother, we are a liar. Whenever I think of a person from Lebanon I think of Danny Thomas. He was a comedian in the 1950s who founded St. Jude, a famous children's hospital in the USA. Danny Thomas (born Amos Muzyad Yakhoob Kairouz; January 6, 1912 – February 6, 1991. Thank you for sharing your life with us. George is the founder of our forums and lives in southern Israel. He also has a news agency that provides trustworthy information. I don't trust our US news.
  18. I am not on Facebook either but the "Christian" chain emails are just as bad. I never forward them, and I get most of them from my cousin. I am to forward some prayer or have bad luck, or to get a blessing. Well, the buck stops here. She comes up with the strangest stuff!
  19. Orthodox theology? They teach liberation from the oppression of rich white people though socialism. They want the overthrow of capitalism. Social unrest is promoted and Saul Alinsky's rules for radicals. So liberation from orthodox theology is a part of their plan, since they equate it with oppression from the church, if there is such a thing today. It is part of the existing social structure they must overthrow. They are concerned with classes, not individuals. It is salvation of the lower oppressed classes, not salvation of souls. So they often have to convince people of their oppression, whether it be falsely accusing police brutality or it be telling people that they deserve $15.00 and hour for washing dishes. (This is already being paid in Seattle.) Google: Cone's teaching on Black Liberation Theology on Wikipedia as well as Liberation Theology by Ron Rhodes. Cone teaches theology at Harvard.
  20. Our president embraces Liberation Theology. He said that Black Liberation Theology is bigoted, but he does believe in Liberation Theology. It is currently being taught in several of our universities in the US, including the one in Chicago, Miami and elsewhere, under the guise of being "Christian". Teaching that Christ did not die for our sins but to identify with the poor oppressed people, and that we should "spread the wealth around", it glorifies Moses for leading the people out of slavery and oppression as well as Jesus Who opened his ministry by reading from Isaiah 49 in Luke 4:28. --preach the Gospel to the poor, proclaim liberty to captives, set and liberty those who are oppressed--. Like other cults, it redefines words like salvation for its own use.
  21. Is the skirt spandex? It looks a little tight. How does she look when bending down to take care of toddlers in Sunday school?
  22. We have had voltage regulators do strange things like that, and had computer chips go out as well. I definitely don't want a car that can be driverless. The simpler a thing is, the less that can go wrong.

    Salvation

Thomas had doubts as well. He said he would not believe till he put His hand in the holes in his hands and the hole in His side. So when Jesus appeared to Thomas he did just that, and then fell on his face before Jesus crying "My Lord and my God!!" The bottom line is, do you need your sins forgiven? God demonstrated His love for us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. It is easy to get our eyes on the sin and ugliness in the world and doubt that there is a God. It is when we place our eyes back on God's love for us and upon the Savior Who died in our place that we can believe. So fix you eyes upon Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. Heb. 12:1-2
  24. If you have asked God to come into your life and have asked Him to forgive your sins, you are already good enough. Surrender your life to God--your gift to Him. He will make you His child with no effort from you, He gives you a new heart that wants to please Him, to love and forgive others as Christ did. But Jesus' blood completely covers your sins and you are totally forgiven. You are able to enter His Presence right now! You can't come into God's Presence by your own effort or righteousness. It is never good enough. Only through Jesus' perfection which He gave to you when He took your sins upon Himself at the cross can you come to God. He gave you His righteousness in place of your sinfulness. So by faith you already have all that is expected of you. His kingdom and His righteousness are yours through the blood of Christ. Some churches want you to think you are never good enough. It is a lie to keep you dependent on them and upon the prayers of others. Hebrews 4:14-16 NKJV Seeing then that we have a great Hight Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fat our confession. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. We don't need heavenly saints or need to depend on earthly priests to make intercession for us because we have Jesus Himself making intercession for us as our Great High Priest. Romans 8:32-34 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. God set you free so that you can carry out the work He has prepared for you to accomplish. You can do it freely and joyfully, knowing that you are beloved in His sight and precious to Him. He loves you so much He sent His Son to die in your place on the cross.
  25. We as the raptured saints will be coming back to earth on those white horses at the end of the tribulation with Christ. this proves that there are horses in heaven, doesn't it?
