Just go back and read what has already been posted. The ultimate conclusion is extremely simple: The Holy Trinity is God The Father, God The Son (Jesus Christ, The Word), and God The Holy Spirit - Three Unique Deities - YET ONE ALMIGHTY GOD! Jesus Christ is God - ONE with God The Father and God The Holy Spirit. The Biblical Evidence is overwhelming and beyond question, but I would be talking about the Holy Bible - not some man-made book designed to avoid this ULTIMATE TRUTH. This is why some cults and false religions have made their own bibles with a little "b". Attempts are made to twist or distort the real BIBLE, but it can't be done because of the overwhelming number of Scriptures that testify of the TRUTH. They try, but they end up looking SILLY in the attempt, so they go back to their own false bibles. Pages of Scriptures have already been posted that support these BASIC BIBLE FACTS that are beyond question, so go back and read them again. One simple and most basic Bible Fact answers all of the questions: Jesus Christ is God - ONE with God The Father and God The Holy Spirit.

Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? How about this one? Well, the hypostatic union is not a small trivial thing, and makes talking about the deity of Jesus very interesting. You would have to assert that this verse is about Jesus, Son of God, and not God the Father, in order to show that Jesus can't be God.

And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? 6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. 7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. 8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. 9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. 10 And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: 11 They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment; 12 And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail. 13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? 14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation? Byron A Posted April 29, 2011 Group: Advanced Member Followers: 0 Topic Count: 8 Topics Per Day: 0.00 Content Count: 136 Content Per Day: 0.03 Reputation: 0 Days Won: 0 Joined: 04/28/2011 Status: Offline Birthday: 09/07/1987 Share Posted April 29, 2011 There is no doubt in my mind whatsoever that Jesus is God. I affirm it every week in my recitation of the Nicene Creed at church. I would be a hypocrite if I didn't believe it but still recited the Creed every week. That being said, I grew up a Unitarian Christian (NOT Unitarian Universalist, although I did attend a UU church during my atheist years). There are plenty of Scriptures for both sides of the debate. Science convinced me of the Trinity concept. God embedded several trinities within nature. I found this great explanation quite a while back, and still enjoy to read through it from time to time. Frank- fromhttp://answers.agblogger.org/2008/01/29/how-do-you-explain-the-trinity Hi Ken, I hope to take the first-rate mystery out of the Trinity. Years ago when I honestly looked at this question, this is what I found. It was said that the doctrine of the Trinity teaches that there is one God, yet three distinct persons, each person is the same in substance and equal in and power and glory . I had discovered an interesting verse in the bible that helped me understand the trinity question more clearly. Hope this will help you. In Roman 1:20 it says, (I have included verse 19 to show its context) 19: Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20: For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Basically this is saying that, we can understand the invisible things of him by the things that are made/created or in other words by what we physically see and comprehend. This most definitely includes understanding his eternal power and Godhead as it is stated in verse 20. **Definition**: Godhead n. 1. Divinity; godhood. 2. Godhead a) The Christian God, especially the Trinity. b) The essential and divine nature of God, regarded abstractly. (The union of the Father and Son and Holy Ghost in one Godhead)(http://www.thefreedictionary.com/godhead) *The trinity is regarded abstractly for those that do not comprehend its nature or make-up.* So back to the question, How can we understand the trinity (the invisible thing) with what God created (what we can see). The universe is basically made up of 3 parts. Einstein

If you apply science to something as basic as the trinity, then you have to apply science to every word you read in the bible. Can't have it both ways.. Faith convinced me. What you are saying is that one has to read the bible, apply science and then believe. The true facts are one believes through faith, is saved through faith, and reads the bible true faith. Nothing else but faith is required. As soon as we start looking for more, we are going down a path we should not...
