Nor do I. It's stupid and pointless and profoundly American.

Well, your comment is stupid, pointless and profoundly Canadian.

What do you think would happen once the Muslims find out you are burning copies of the Koran?

Ooooh, let's see; they might....hate us?

Might it strengthen their resolve to destroy the United States or weaken it?

Where have you been for the past decade? They are already resolved. Oh, I forgot, you've been in Canada.

I wouldn't go out of my way to burn the Qu'ran just to prove a point, but if someone would of sent me one I would burn it with the rest of the trash.

Dude, if I had my way, I'd burn every one of those filthy books.

The reason? They lead countless souls into hell every year.

no book can lead anyone to hell.

they are just a tool used by the devil.

take away the books, he would use a different tool.

I say the way to go instead of trying to stop the message of the enemy and always being on the defensive, we work on getting our message out and being on the offensive.,

Books are ideas put on paper. People read those ideas, believe them, and literally, decide their fate. And frankly, I see nothing wrong with trying to stop the message of the enemy.

I have no problem with destroying the Qu'ran. It is just paper. But that's not what this is about. This is a public display, with an implicit message attached to it.

P.S.

You've stated that Muslims are basically spawn of satan;

No. I've stated that all muslims are followers of satan and are going to hell unless they repent and come to the Lord. Satan has no spawn.

Can you clarify this Biblically?

No. I only know that God will not accept those who worship other gods.

I'm asking because the way that I read the Word, we're all guilty of falling short, and having been once deceived by Religion, I was no better than any Muslim I know. In this example you, I, or any other believer who in the past was deceieved, and we all were, can be classified as satan's own. Is it proper and Biblical to hate the individual human Muslim? If so, can you lay out a scriptural argument for such behavior?

No. We should hate ISLAM, not the poor deluded souls who have one way tickets to hell as long as they follow 'allah, a.k.a, satan. Btw, I doubt you worshipped another 'god' so it's probably not exactly the same. As for me, I have ALWAYS been a Christian; I just wasn't the kind that our Lord wanted.

Ro 5:8

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Yes, He died for all of us but muslims don't believe or accept that. As long as they don't, they are on their way to hell.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12

And Peace

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27

The Story Of Jesus

Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.

If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. John 8:34-36

Of His Holy Blood Shed For You And For Me

Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; Romans 3:22-25

As We Look Into God's Holy Book Of Jesus It Is Almost To Wonderful To Be

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. 1 Timothy 3:16

Amen! It's important to recognize who the true enemy is, we are not fighting against flesh and blood but against Spiritual forces of darkness governing behind this, the second we demonize the individual, the battle is lost. The person is trapped in chains of darkness, Jesus brings life, and He loves them, We are to love them to.

Sis,

No. I've stated that all muslims are followers of satan and are going to hell unless they repent and come to the Lord. Satan has no spawn.

Actually you did;

Just curious. I totally agree with the above but i'm not sure these passages pertain to satan. Are we to tolerate the devil's own?

You've equated the people trapped and bound in Islam to satan himself.

Actually, the Religious fool worships himself not the God of the Bible.

Now you are saying to hate Islam and not the individual Islamic believer.

A great testimony I once heard in person was from a dear frined of mine and her name is Ruphia. Ruphia was sitting in a former Soviet Republic which is Islamic. One of our Missionaries from our Church arrived and preached the Gospel to her, Loving her. She said, "I had been trapped in Islam knowing it wasn't true and had waited all my life for the Love of God and this Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ." She simply didn't know about Jesus and our God and had never even eard of Hm, but I assure you had this Missionary burned the Koran Ruphia would remain a captive. It wasn't a book that Saved her it was the Love of God and this Gospel. It was an act of Outrageous Love and Grace that Saved her not a poke in the eye.

Yes, He died for all of us but muslims don't believe or accept that. As long as they don't, they are on their way to hell.

So instead of telling them about the greatest event to ever happen we should burn the Koran in their face and make permanent enemies of them? :noidea: I'm not certain I follow you. I believe that the thought of them burning in hell forever and folks like Ruphia who were innocents in all of this makes me desire a better way.

peace,

dave

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
