I am one of those people. It isn't that I believe I can make myself right, but that Christians have pointed out my faults and made me feel I will never be good enough.

I was shunned for being divorced, even had it blamed on me simply for being a woman. I smoke, and they don't like that and don't want smokers there.

These are just two reasons. I know that I cannot make myself perfect for God, but apparently I have to, for Christians in churches.

Those who say "I have to get my life in order first" may have been judged by Christians and made to feel unfit. I certainly did.

I totally trust in God. It is churches/christians I cannot be good enough for.

If you trust in God, and have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, you are a new creation.

Why worry about the world, people and churches?

Sometimes fez there r some christians that have more of a "religious" way of doing God's will rather than to walk in the spirit;( just like the pharisees!!!) Some of these" religious theologians" of christ time believed on Him that he was the son of God well other's..... U know the rest; but yes I understand what she is saying because some CHRIST-IANS can just point the finger and some even say things like: well my life is great and no don't do this and ur going straight to hell if u don't get your life in order, those are the ones who excuse me for saying this live a life that is defeated spiritually, and are not working in love! And if ur not working in love then what influence r u working under??? Yes it can't feel good to the flesh to hear a strong message but does it have to always be given in a strong action??? They way we speak to unbelievers and other christians we should spe

ak to them just like if it was JESUS standing in front of us; (that is what I always think about when I talk to people) wheather; unbelievers or a believer!!!!

What we have to remember is that the Enemy of our souls knows how to deceive our thoughts easily.

We think we have to measure up to be approved by God, and we think the same of others.

We are good at being sin-conscious. But we have a lot to learn to be love-conscious.

I really wish you would acknowledge that what you have experienced is a few bad apples and is not representative of the whole. So say, "some" Christians have made me feel like xyz, rather than tarring us all with the same brush. There are many here who have listened, prayed, cared, how are we to be lumped in with the people who hurt you?

The Lord loves you, so do we, but really, can we move past this? We are not all divorce hating, smokers hating, heartless zealots.

I can not judge you on your transgressions of the past, guess what, we all have fallen short of God's laws. The important thing is that we repent and move on and you don't have to wait till you think that you repented of all your sins before you can attend Church.

Heck there are Christians that have something trigger a memory of a sin they might of committed 20 or 30 years ago and then repent. I'm sure there are sins I have committed in my past that I can't remember, but I pray that God somehow points them out to me. (preferably before I start pushing up flowers)

Here are some scriptures and thoughts.

John 15:20

King James Version (KJV)

20Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.

Matthew 5:12

King James Version (KJV)

12Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

Once you repent of past sins and your still being persecuted for them, rejoice.

In my study Bible it says that the ones that will persecute us the most will come from the world of religion.

Have u ever heard any one say the following: I wanna give my life to God when my life is on order??? In my community I've always heard people say this(I might have said it myself even!) But I never got it! Talk to me out here; what's ur take on this??

News flash for those that say that-that day will never come- We give our life to God in order to attempt to achieve this.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
