Yes several of us got the same thing, I think he took all those who had posted to him and felt the need to send us curses because no one believed what he said.

Its so sad I agree with some feel they have secret knowledge given to only them from Him. Yahweh does nothing in secret, I wish people who think they have been called as 'prophets' could see this. Prayer is what they need.

Well I for one have not replied..much less had any idea he was even on Worthy. Last year some of us received a different type of email...with the same type of spirit (believing they had a secret knowledge given from God) ...and that person was banned. Maybe they came back with a new name...:noidea:

I had the same thought about the same person returning under a differen't name. He had better be glad that God doesn't answer amiss prayers, because if God answers his request, and he happens to send that request out to the wrong people, he will lose everything he has. I can't help but feel like there must be a cult of some sort teaching people to pray that way? :noidea:

Hoe close to unforgivable sin does this come? He is using the name of Jesus to curse people?

Holy Lord Jesus, in your Name I bind this curse and consign it to the pit from where it came. I declare my unfailing Love and Surrender to Your Holy name, and as it is written,

Rom 8:38 For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers,

Rom 8:39 nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I stand on your foundation, surrounded by Your light and Your truth.

Let my words be Your Words, and let my deeds reflect You to all who see.

By Your blood I was saved, and by Your blood I am forgiven, and in Your Grace I live.

Amen.

I agree...

Yet sometime people mind isn't lined up in the order it should be. They start off right...reading the Word and seeking God..but because of this challenge..the enemy is able to enter in and began to twist things up..therefore they began to blend the good with evil...they really need our prayer.

Just a thought :b:

That's interesting. I received the same thing. Was not offended, just puzzled.

There are those who play like prophets for ego purposes and those who actually believe they are prophets. This person is obviously having a really hard time finding anyone to believe them. I think that I remember this one, and I also received the curse. I consider this person to be sad, angry, and 1 fry short of a happy meal. I will pray for them. I'm not concerned at all with their ability or threats to curse me, as I have the Holy Spirit of God living in my heart, and any power they might have would not be from God. A person with a user name of rtcarr sent mine. I will report him, and I certainly won't be worried in any way.

I have had many of those from him over the past several months at another couple of sites. It is a curse, not a prayer...a parting salvo of one troubled miscreant.

This guy uses many aliases and returns using new IPs. He has a website that looks like a forum but EVERY entry is his own. I registered there once but was never accepted. I doubt anyone is. He only likes to speak what he believes, a theology that is his very own wicked contrivance.

Just thought I'd add that I got one of rtcarr's "valentines" also.

I'm not worried about curses, either. It seems that the fellow is a few cans shy of a six pack, and needs prayer.

What he is doing will only bring curses on himself, unless the Lord is merciful and ignores it, as it is clearly an amiss prayer. I just decided to pray for him that God would not answer his prayer, not because I fear for myself or those he sent it to, but I fear for the person who sent it. To lose everything he has, and to take upon himself all the bad things others have in their lives would be a hard lesson to learn.

There is a possibility that this person is not a believer at all? It could be someone who is a complete unbeliever, and he is trying to scare Christians? For all we know, he could be into the occult? So long as nobody takes this serious, no harm will be done, but the strength of this kind of message is in it's ability to upset those who receive it.

I got one of them too....

Did not reply. Regretting that too.....two prayers only after this user was banned came to mind. Those being the Serenity prayer, which when things get really difficult I sometimes try to recite to give me strength when needed and courage as well as faith to accept the things that I cannot change. Otherwise the teachings....Jesus gave us in terms of prayer. Will be praying for this person.... whoever he/she is.... love, compassion, mercy, and grace....are all things we need to know and have.

Up until now I have never received any such prayer as that....and at first, just did not know what to make of such animosity.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
