Prophecy of America

It sounds a little like something out of Isaiah or Ezekiel or one of the major prophets in the OT.

You know, when the Lord speaks to me...He seems to speak to me often with symbolism but more in context with the current language and culture I live in.

When I had a vision (I only had one vision ever and I didn't ask for it.....it was given by God at HIS discretion), I didn't even know what a vision was. I thought it was like a dream but it's not even close to being like a dream.

You're totally awake and aware and there's no fogginess or haze or anything. You see two worlds at the exact same time...like having a photograph with a dual exposure on it.

You see two images layered together. I guess that doesn't happen with digital cameras now...but the old fashioned film cameras did that sometimes.

Anway, that's what a vision looks like. After it's over, you walk around with your jaw hanging open and in a state of "shock and awe". You don't tell anyone because you're sure they'll call the funny men in the white coats...(if you get my meaning).

When the Lord speaks to my heart though, (it's a strong mental impression; not auditory), I sense very specifically His thoughts but communicated in my normal, cultural context and English linquistics.

I never hear, "Thus, thou saith ...." whatever. It's a normal communication as between two people.

I sense or perceive in Him either displeasure or pleasure or simply an urgency to comply with a command He's given.

I sense a leading or drawing to comply or obey Him. He may compell me to support a certain ministry, for instance...or if I see a neighbor, He may say, "They need food; they didn't get their check."

I have no idea about it but God puts the thoughts in my head and I just comply.

I sense that God is bringing in an incredible harvest right now and He's not done with us YET!

IF.... IF this country becomes "Sodom" and the norm of this society is to formally ordain men having inordinate physical interface with each other or likewise, women doing those things which are inordinate ....and these things become "formally ordained/approved of"...by the powers that be, YES, I expect the same catastrophe that became of Sodom will become of us.

I might add that a few of us have been trying to show you all exactly how this is coming about. It is true as I can see it, and have been watching it approach for some time. It isn't far away......

If I am reading you correctly - are you referring to this:

You have said in your heart "Let us mold and shape God's word into a sword of our lust" You say "There is no condemnation, my conscience is clear". But I tell you, It has been seared. Is my word a piece of clay that it can be molded? Or a piece of steel, that it can be bent? Am I not the God who has said, "I am the potter, you are the clay'? You are as it is written, "Lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God"

You have cursed those who have stoned the prophets of old. You have said "Why wouldn't the people listen and repent"? But I tell you, You do the same. For I have sent men to preach against sin, and call all to repentance. But you have rejected and mocked those I have sent. You have stoned them publicly and cried out "Give us teachers who will satisfy us".

than of changing the governement?

I mean, if the gov. problems are God's judgement - then why fight it? I mean, who then are you fighting against?

Should we not rather be more interested in crying for repentance of those things for which our country is being judged than for crying against the encrouchment of government?

Hmm, Sounds like vog all over again. The words claimed to heard would not only apply to America, but to every westernised country in the world. The evil immoral corrution is not only peculiar to the US, but Britain, Australia, N.Z. and Europe, so I wouldn't think that God would single out America when every nation on the face of the earth is corrupt to some extent. All the prophecy you have received could apply anywhere. After saying that, I'm not denying the fact that the Lord spoke to you, as you have explained that you dont claim to be a prophet, besides you wouldn't need tp be a prophet to know that not only America is in for a shake up, but the entire world and as Cats said, Sodom all over again.

Anyway thanks for sharing, gypc, and I cant deny everthing will happen as you say.

Yes, I have noticed that America as a country has be leading AWAY from God.

Example 1: Gay marriages being legalized and many states.

Example 2:Abortion almost being legalized again if John Kerry Becomes President.

You are right about not thinking it is stopable. None of God's prophecies or ordinances are stopable. It is my belief that Bush is your president, because God ordained it to be so, the same as He did with our prime minister. The whole world is going to know who God is, when the time comes and all we can do is pray that every nation will come to know the promises of the Lord. What I'm trying to say here,regarding the post by gypc, that when God issued His prophetic words through his prophets, they were for all nations to hear, not any one specific nation. I consider God to be Apolitical, so your selection of president may or may not, speed up or slow down the end time results, but it wont stop them.

I hope you can see what I am trying to say,which of course may or may not be relevant. JMO.

This is someone(me) claiming that he heard from God......so.....this prophecy must be judged by other christians and judged according to the word of God.

1 Thes 5:19 Quench not the Spirit.

20 Despise not prophesyings.

21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

I want everyone to know that I love America and I pray for all the time. I'm definitly not trying to get a following. I don't even know why God gave me this.

The questions you ask I have sought God about.

What I believe it means is this nation has or is going to go beyond repentence, has claimed Christ but rejected and denied him by her actions. That is just my opinion based on my seeking God in prayer and his word.

"They deny the Power in the Blood of the Lamb to destroy sin in sinful man"

Again, same as above. What I believe this means is a denial of the power of God to keep us from sinning....(NIV) 1 John 3:The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil's work. 9No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God's seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God. 10This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not a child of God; nor is anyone who does not love his brother.

Who isThey? "Give us teachers who will satisfy us" These are they who are teaching the body false doctrine. They say things like "your just gonna sin anyway but God excepts you just as you are" The Bible is clear that we who are covered by the Blood are free from sin and slave to rightesnous. One of these false teachings is that Paul in Romans7 is talking about his present condition....if we read chapter 6, 7 and 8 all together, we will understand that in7 he was talking about a man trying to please God under the Law instead of the Blood.

What we have done as a nation is looked for an excuse to live the way we want instead of lining ourselves with God's word. When a man or woman preaches to give us to much security no matter how we live, we like it because our responsibility becomes less and less. We don't want to hear things like "work out your own salvation with fear and trembling" Or Gal 5 talking about "The act of the sinful nature" and "The fruits of the Spirit" with Paul saying "I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God."

It's not very pleasing to the flesh.

I hope this answers your to question. Remember I said that is what I believe and I continue to seek God on these things.

One thing before i comment. i am not an American. i do not hold any emotional allegiance to any nation on this planet, including the one i live in. So i am not offended by the main parts of this post.

I though initially that this was a mistake by you that you had left out a word like you could have meant something like this.

You are about to be trodden under foot by the blood of the lamb

or you are trampling under your feet the blood of the lamb

But as you say. This is how it came to you so i accept it as it is.

That is what i though it meant i was just asking to get a clarification.

If the prophesy is true and if your interpretation of those words are also true then i am not a Christian. For if this is true then perfection in the flesh, a state of sinlessness while we are still in our human bodies is not only achievable but a condition that all true Christians must be in to be Christian. As you say anyone born of God will cease to sin and if they do sin then they have not be born of God and are children of the devil.

So according to the words and your interpretation i am a child of the devil.

So therefore i make a request of you. I ask that you pray for me for conviction of the truth of that statement So that i may be lead to true salvation. And i will pray for you. that if you have been given a false prophesy not from God but from an agent of satan then you will be saved from this deception and be lead to salvation.

May the Will of the God of Abraham reign in both of us.
