It's in the same vein as when members condemn many teachings of the Catholic Church by simply saying "Catholics" in a general sense. They don't mean every person in the Catholic Church.

If one does not believce in the Catholic Church, and I do not, one does not have to participate in it. Same with Methodists and Episcoplalians. Nobody is pressuring us to become part of their faith? We all believe in Christ let's start from there.

They have a powerful lobby. I find it funny these polls I am seeing recently claiming 70% of the people are for gay marriage, doesn't equate to voting results which show state after state banning gay marriage. I guess they figure if you tell a lie long enough, people will eventually believe it.

I've noticed the reality gap myself. I don't know, nor have I ever known; anyone who was for gay marriage and, other than the usual suspects on the national stage, I don't hear or read about any swelling of support for this disgusting issue either. Fight a lie with the truth; spread the word about this. Hardly anyone supports the gay agenda. Once again a tiny minority is dictating the course of the U.S.

What are you trying to say with it?

Hypothetical situation. Consider two parents and two children. Parent A and child A first. Child A wants to eat candy and chips for dinner. Child A also likes to play in the street. Parent A, in an effort to be his child's friend and not put restrictive limits on him, allows this.

Likewise, Child B likes to eat candy and chips for dinner and likes to play in the street. But Parent B insists his child eat nutritional food, and he insists his child limit his play area to the security of the back yard.

Which parent loves his child more?

OK I agree. We all believe in Christ. I also think that the comments on other denominations such as Catholic, or Methodist should be tempered with Grace and everyone posting here would be advised to practice it.

I can not believe that any Christian should remain a participant in any apostate organization. It does not lead to salvation bur annihilation and is an insidious form of theology. Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. What organizations are now participating in this mass apostasy: Episcopal (Tied in with Skull & Bones At Yale), Reform Judaism (Warburg financed), Lutheran, Presbyterian, United Church of Christ, and many Methodist have defied the organization and performs same sex marriages.

Worldwide the media has inundated the public with propaganda to accept homosexuality out of love and understanding.

They set their mouths against the

heavens,

their tongues roam the earth.

So my people turn to them

and drink deeply of their words.

They say, "Does God really know?

Does the Most High have any

knowledge?"
