We all know that our governments can access our e mails, listen to cell phone calls (with legal permission), etc. Worthy is probably monitored in some way already, as is the rest of the internet.

But now the FBI wants to listen to our Skype conversations, g mail, etc, on a real time basis. (We have friends we talk to in the US from time to time)

Listening to the news article on RT, it sounds as if the USA already has the most requests through legal means, by any country in the world to monitor it's citizen's communications. This does not in my opinion mean that it is the highest, there are other countries, China and Korea come to mind, that probably don't bother with the courts or rights of an individual.

However, to know that some suit was maybe listening to my conversations with South while we were were dating (they were squeaky clean, I promise - we are both mature Christians), freaks me out a bit.

Folks, I wrote the day after President Obama (emoch shemoh) took office in 2008, that it was all over for the USA. "The Communists have won, and there will never be another real election in the U.S."

Adapt to it, the Church will have to become an underground church within the next 30 years (probably much sooner), as the Communists begin initializing their 'FINAL SOLUTION' to the 'Christian Problem.'

In my opinion divine judgement on the U.S. will be so severe that we will probably not have to worry about them; God will destroy their evil works and they themselves, but we will be left with a society which must be lifted out of chaos. HOWEVER: I could be wrong about this. Yes, I said I could be wrong; It's never been the case before, but one must humbly admit that his being incorrect IS (barely) within the realm of possibility.

If I am wrong, we need to be prepared for the time the true Christians are imprisoned, tortured, and murdered by our own country's Communist government. What with the President Obama (emoch shemoh) administration being so deeply in bed with the Moslem Brotherhood, this could even be worse than anything we've imagined.......

I believe that there is always someone listening to everything all the time, and when someone spikes their interests, they work on the case until they have enough evidence outside of eavesdropping to request a legal permit to monitor conversations. Does this bother me personally? No, because they will hear scripture, maybe at a time when they needed to hear it.

As for the church going underground ... well, this would bring the body closer to the one it was meant to be.

Our rights to privacy were wiped out when the patriot act became law, as I recall that happened under bush.

Sorry, but I have to laugh a little. Our privacy had long been lost before 911, it only was brought into the public arena at this time. Because it was made public, they were able to develop better tools in the open, accessing the technologies of all available resources, moving out from under the umbrella of secrecy.

I agree they were already being violated prior to 9/11, the patriot act just made it legal for them to do so, no reason to hide anymore
