I'd answer your question, but you have to pay first :P

And no, money doesn't solve everything, although it probably makes some things a little easier.

THINGS MONEY CAN'T BUY
Donna M. Davis

Money can't buy peace of heart
A second chance or a brand new start
Rest for the soul when your heart is weary
A ray of sunshine when the day is dreary
Health when you're sick, youth when you're old
The love of one, whose love has grown cold

Money can't buy a heartfelt embrace
The innocent smile on a child's little face
Life at death's door, time when it's past
Joy when you're sad, first place when you're last
Friends when you're lonely, the sweet breath of life
The love of a husband or the love of a wife

Money can't buy courage or might
A time of peace when it's time to fight
Rain in a drought or dry in a flood
One precious drop of Jesus Christ's blood
Exemption from pain, freedom from worry
An extra hour in a day when you're in a hurry

Money can't buy loyalty or joy
The innocent heart of a girl or a boy
Experience and wisdom gained thru the years
Strength in your weakness, peace thru your fears
Faith when you doubt, right when you're wrong
The sweet sound of music when there isn't a song

Money can't buy the changing of fate
Like a soul that is lost when it is too late
An okay from God when you won't give up sin
Salvation from Christ if you won't let Him in
If you're living your life in hatred and strife
You can't buy a page in the Lamb's Book of Life

Money can't buy the things that are dear
Emotions, devotions, or a life of good cheer
Bountiful blessings God gives us for free
Cannot be purchased with money, you see
So, if we would hope for a prosperous way
Hope on things that won't rust or decay

The spilled blood of Jesus has bought what we need
In Him is security, from death we've been freed
No hungering or thirsting if righteousness we seek
Clothes for the poor, strength for the weak
You won't need your wallet to pay for your part
All you must do is give Him your heart

Do money answer all things?

Welcome to Worthy.

To answer your question.

You may be rich or poor but the gift of God is free!

Joh 3:16 : "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. "

Now permit me to ask you a question   :)

What do you think the answer to your question is ?

The question was, "Do money answer all things".  I did not ask if money solved all things or the things money cannot buy.  To answer the question that was asked of me by ncn: I answer according to Scripture: "A feast is made for laughter, and wine maketh merry: but money answereth all things" (Ecclesiastes 10:19 KJV).

A Little Drink For Folly

I sought in mine heart to give myself unto wine, yet acquainting mine heart with wisdom; and to lay hold on folly, till I might see what was that good for the sons of men, which they should do under the heaven all the days of their life. Ecclesiastes 2:3

And A Little Bite Of Them Tasty Eats

A feast is made for laughter, and wine maketh merry: but money answereth all things. Ecclesiastes 10:19

And A Wad Of Green Dough To Help Make The Bail

Wisdom is good with an inheritance: and by it there is profit to them that see the sun. For wisdom is a defence, and money is a defence: but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom giveth life to them that have it. Ecclesiastes 7:11-12

But Where Is Wisdom?

Wisdom strengtheneth the wise more than ten mighty men which are in the city. For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not. Ecclesiastes 7:19-20

Where Is Joy?

Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts. Jeremiah 15:16

And In Whom Can A Man Hope?

Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven. And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved?

But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. Matthew 19:23-26

Believe

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3:23

Believe

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23

Believe

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

And Be Blessed Beloved

The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them. Numbers 6:24-27

Love, Joe

To the question "Do money answer all things"and you quoted Ecclesiastes 10:19 KJV an answer accrdg. to the scripture "A feast is made for laughter, and wine maketh merry: but money answereth all things" w/c I can say is not really what Solomon the author wanted to convey becoz He himself cannot find out w/c route is the most successful for him to take becoz he's wisdom is limited says here in( Ecc.8:1-8;17) Solomon's writing is giving the young people in his kingdom a warning to avoid walking through life in the path of human wisdom;exhorted them to live by the revealed wisdom of God (Ecc.12:9-14).

One needs to recall that Ecclesiastes is not like Proverbs, where each verse stands alone. This verse is one of a string of thoughts given by Solomon in a time of contemplating meaninglessness.

Read the whole chapter, and interpret it accordingly in context of the surrounding thoughts.

And in the context of Jesus' severe warnings about money in the Gospels.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
