I'm not sure what exactly Stevia is besides yet another fake sugar (aka artificial sweetener). I prefer to stay away from that kind of stuff because it tends to make it harder for me to keep my weight down.

For those that like tofu, here ya go, the trick to this recipe is to use Trisha's "redneck" tofu press....2 paper towel's and  an Iron skillet..LOL LOL

Stevia does not heal the body.

If blood sugar is high a medical doctor will put someone on a prescription to Balance the blood sugar.

imo if stevia helps bring blood sugar into balance it could fit the above 1,2,3

some folk's help to Fund " Community Garden's"

Some folk's with garden's can donate fresh vege's, fruit's to their local soup kitchen's

Some can Donate vege's and fruit's to local "Food PANTRIES"

Some may have access to meat's, milk...that they can donate

Some may be willing to buy some vege's, fruit's , meat's just to donate to any of the above.....

Stevia is a plant. So it's natural.

 

It's main drawback is the not-so-great aftertaste.

Stevia is supposed to lower blood sugar according to various studies. The american diabetic association or whatever the name is does not approve of it, perhaps because of that reason (affect regulation of blood sugar otherwise controlled by meds). 

 

I have taken soft tofu cut into cubes and put it in sukiyaki. Ive had friends who couldnt taste the difference between that and chicken lol.

Yes,their are side effects to Stevia.Do your research.

Seriously,  how is it possible to drink any deadly thing and suffer no harm and yet still have to worry about what we put in our body and the possible side effects of whats not considered deadly?
