The Last Days great war in the Middle-East

So when is this thousand year reign?

Is it now nearly past,because of the coming?

The thousand year reign is after the first resurrection. 

After the abomination of the time of the abomination of desolator that was given power to defile the sanctuary and kill the saints.

then the earth will quake once all who was appointed to be martyred is fulfilled.

Then Judgment day will start for the rest of the world.

after judgment day finished satan will be bound for a thousand years.

during that time is when the saints that where killed will reign with christ for a thousand years.

Then the saints that remain on earth for there is remnant that will remain here

after the 1000 years be finished satan will be loosed and he will decieve the 4 quaters of the earth

the lord will gather them to that great battle armegodon 

then the saints that remain will be caught up in the sky in a moment in the blink of an eye as it is written in 1. thess chap 4

Them that be killed for jesus and the gospel sake sleep in jesus.

seeing all who is killed by anti-christ these are them that sleep plus the saints that died in the lord before us.

 

Them that anti-christ will have no power over(The remnant) after the thousand year is fulfilled

they are them which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds

 

(i dont know if they will live to a thousand years old or if life (age wise would be the same) the lord did not tell me that much but here is what i know. if any man sleeps in the lord he is not dead and will live forever.

 

 

Sounds like you've got Armageddon and some other things backwards. Armageddon, Christ's second coming and gathering of His Church, and end of the tribulation all occur on the same day of The Lord.

 

The Gog/Magog gathering at the end of the "thousand years" is not for this present world. It is for after Christ's second coming, and after He has reigned on earth with His elect over all nations for a thousand years. Then will come the very end, with the great day of Judgment and the destruction of hell and the wicked, and then the new heavens and a new earth timing.

Then we both also agree mostly with what the early 1st & 2nd century Church fathers believed. I myself think that's pretty good company. I am not persuaded with the "new and improved" commercial thinking that many are which have created the later Preterist, Historicist, Pre-Trib, Universalist, etc., movements.

It looks like both of you got it close. Very close.

 

Let me make it simple. I have studied prophecy by my self for 44yrs.

 

1. At the coming Christ will be in the air,for a small period of time,and first the strong man of the house must be bound.(satan)

   The 3rd ww will stop,because of the appearing. Three froglike expressions will come out of the mouth of the dragon

   the beast, abd the false prophet,to gather both sides of the armies together to make war with the Lamb.

  They obviously have been deceived, thinking they are enemies from some other worlds. 

 

2.  Babylon will be destroyed in just one day.(armageddon).

  

     While christ is in the air;the angel will do the reaping of the harvest to be stored.

 

     Then a second angel will reap the ripen grapes to be put through the wine press.rev 14:14--20.

     This is armageddon.After the armies of both sides have come together; they will be destroyed in one day.rev18:8.

 

3. The remnants of the chosen jews of all generation will be brought back to their own land,in the flesh. 

    The dry bones will put on flesh.Ez.37.

 

4.  They will be put in paradise where there is no more sorrows,pain,tears,the lion will eat straw etc.

     and build their houses, and plant vine yards.

 

5.  The resureccted saints will rule over them, and teach them christ.This is the saints kingdom,and Christ their king.

 

6. The remnant of the gentiles;survivers of armageddon, will be living outside. They will be taught by the jews.

    Jews and gentiles will multiply during the thousand years.

     the fallen angels can not enter inside the boundary;but roam outside and around the earth to do the tempting.

 

7. After the thousand years; satan will be let loose to gather all the non beliving gentiles to surround the camp 

    of the saints. This is the war of Gog and Magog. God Himself will destroy them, and satan and his angels will be cast in the fire. 

    Where the beast and the false prophet were cast in one thousand years ago.At the coming.

 

8.  Death itself is conquered.

     Now comes the white throne judgement.The second judgement.

     First the jews and converted gentiles will be changed into spirit.

     Then all the gentiles of all generations will be judged by their works.

     By the book of life. The sheep on the right and the goats on the left.

     The goats will be cast in the fire.The sheep will also be changed.

 

9.  But the earth itself is still full of rubble and all the polutions in the earth,All the works of man.

     Therefore the earth needs to be melted down,to create a new earth.

 

10. Then God will come down;and we will see Him face to face.

 

All that can be backed up with scriptures ,but would take too much time to put them all together to show the whole picture.

Best is to ask questions and can be explained one at a time.

Jesse.   I've been here for nearly 11 years......    I've seen this thread gone over so many times that it hurts to think about it.....   Hal Lindsey and myself thought we'd figured out all this way back in the early 1980's.....    since I made such a fool of my self when 1988 past, I decided not to get too involved in the end time discussions.

 

The only think I could really add to the discussion would come form personal experience dealing with the dark side and not too many people give much credence to what the devil has to say.    Also this world is so not as it appears on the surface that anything that looks obvious can't be the reality of the future in my viewpoint.....     so I only comment on things on occasion when I see something that might be dangerous to believe.

 

I've had it all worked out several times but was smart enough to keep it to myself as it always failed to come to fruition...    about 15 years ago I built a 64 square foot story board in my garage and put all the happenings that I could find in both the Old Testament and the new.....   I had arguments with myself over things until I called myself a fool one night, learned from the experience and burned the board.   There is just too much written that can be taken too many ways to know for sure what's going to happen.

 

 

The subject of this thread is the last great war in the Middle East.....   which is the battle of Armageddon which is the whole world not written in the book of life against Jesus.....    it will be much too ugly to visualize for me.......

The fact that you went through all that effort with your story book  says a lot about you.  I don't think you a fool one bit, but someone who cares enough to try and make sense of it all to find the truth.

We've all made mistakes, and when we come accross scripture that throws our theory out, it only brings us one step closer to the truth, not the other way round.  It's the process of elimination.

 

If we are fools, let us be fools for Christ!  At least if we admit there's an error with something we've stated publicly, our spirit can remain humble, and the holy spirit will continue to give us understanding.  It will always lead us to truth, and no matter how much we all think we know, we are all still learning.

 

I like that story book idea.  I'd love to do it myself.  I used to write everything down on scraps of paper to make sense, and my bible has so much notes inbetween the passages, there's no room left. (and it's falling apart!)

I like to recommend you to study Jer.25 very carefully .

This is the best and most important prophecy of all prophesies.

Study the 70 years of serving the king of Babylon,which also is satan.

Dont get put off by those old nations names.

God will start with punishing Jerusaelm first, and then all the nations.

His wrath will come to israel first;  all the nations must drink of the cup of God's wrath.

All the kings will; and now is serving the king of babylon.Which is babylon the great.

The shepherds also will be punished,because the christian land is desolate.

I used to use a highlighter......    the whole book is simply a rainbow now  LoL
