Hi Moses It would be a sin to disobey God don't you think? While the Bible does not specifically tell us not to do certain things, it does tell us to stay away from the those who practice evil deeds and those who practice the black arts. As this is so, why would it be adviseable to go to a forum that supports such things? No one said that the op was sinning. Yet, most people have advised him that it is not a good practice to seek such things out. God has not given each person the freedom to do whatever they want. There are guidelines throughout both testaments that tell us how to live and how to best please the Lord. God will also sometimes place people in our path to warn us not to do certain things if we have a tendency to participate in things not meant for those who follow the Lord. Of course we do have a choice whether or not we want to listen, just like we have a choice to go willy nilly into the deep or remain in the light and use discernment. So, ultimately we do have freedom to do whatever we want but sometimes what we want is dangerous or even sinful even if we think we have good intentions.
