So you believe it is a good thing for Israel to target and attack nations that aren't attacking Israel simply because it appears Israel is going to lose a fight with someone else?  An attack, the shear size of which,  Israel itself has said will most likely destroy life on earth?

1. The first thing to clearly understand is that the Arab nations surrounding Israel have vowed to drive Israel "into the sea" (exterminate Israel).

 

2. The second thing to clearly undertand is that without Iran, Hamas and Hezbollah would be toothless, i.e. Iran is the real enemy of Israel.

 

3. The third thing to clearly understand is that it was in the national interest of the USA and all Western nations to refuse Iran any nuclear capablity.  Instead they put Israel under a real threat of extermination.

 

4. The fourth thing to clearly understand is when a nation's survival is at stake, the only option is a PRE-EMPTIVE STRIKE against the FACILITIES AND EMPLACEMENTS which have been built to destroy that nation.

 

Israel would not attack Iran per se, but would destroy its military capabilities and hopefully its evil government, which actively promotes terror throughout the world.  And Israel should indeed do so.  If Washington D.C. were under the same identical threat, what do you think would happen?

The hypocrisy of anti-Zionism is that the very things the US would do, the very things that anti-Zionists in other nations would expect their governments to do in defending their respective nations are, for some reason, not okay for Israel.   Israel is held to a different standard than other nations hold themselves to, or would hold themselves to, if faced with a similar threat.

 

If Canada started launching rockets into the US from Ontario, the United States would be in Ontario and destroying Canada's military and taking territory away from Ontario so that they could not stage another attack from that area.    if rockets started coming over from Mexico into the US, we would be in Mexico and we would take land away from Mexico to make it harder to attack us from that area.   Our military presence would be a buffer against our neighbors from attacking us and we would probably take additional countermeasures to ensure the safety of our people from future attacks.

 

Now, that's okay for the US and we would expect that from our government, as it is their job to protect us.  Even anti-Zionists in the US would expect that.  But, if Israel does the same thing, it is immoral and it is racist and it is evil, or it is called "state sponsored terrorism."     The very things other nations do to defend themselves are what Israel gets repeatedly demonized over in defending themselves.

 

For your typical anti-Zionists, there is no outrage over Arabs vowing to wipe Israel off the map.   There is no outrage at terrorists murdering Jews.   They don't care.   What raises the ire of anti-Zionists is that the Jews don't want to die and they defend themselves.  To your typical anti-Zionist, Jewish lives don't matter.

 

That's why anti-Zionists can't condemn the annihilation of Israel. All they can see is that the Jews are "evil"  for wanting to survive against annihilation.   Secretly, your average anti-Zionists would not be displeased at all if Israel were annihilated, but don't have courage to admit it in public.

Therese, Im asking you what you think israel should do to protect itself. What do you think it should do to defend itself from all the nations that seek its destruction. Im not asking you about whether or not we should be defending israel. Im asking you, if you were a leader of israel, what should be done to defend israel?
