Hi all.. The reputation system is what it is.  A person with few posts may have more reputation points than posts, speak wise words and be at the bottom of the list, and a person could theoretically be on top of the list with 1 or 2 supporters if they make 50 or more posts a day with not so wise words....Let us all seek the approval of God first

        Yep,for sure,,,,,,,,,I've really noticed(I'm sure many seasoned Worthyites have) that there are one (maybe 2) followers that give all their 25 points to their "buddies" for some worldly gratification? We should speak as the Holy Spirit guides us & not to seek being number one on any list!!!!!    Pride vs Jesus...............     the reputation points can be motivating but not when your friend posts ANYTHING you say,,,,,,,,I appreciate when my friends post my points & hopefully they are receiving Gods Blessing from the words I spoke & not just out of loyalty...........          when an individuals points jump to 25  at a clip,something is sour in Denmark!

LOL, I have jumped more than that........Disappointment came when it came from a very sweet individual that also repped the posts in opposition. Therefore it is nice to know who reps you. I do like to know if it is different people (I prefer at times) or the same individual over and over. Why? because it is nice to know someone with whom you often disagree, is not just against you. I like to let those with whom I often disagree know, I do find somethings they say very uplifting. I would prefer Reputation points be an entirely private thing altogether.

But again, I can see someone repping the same individuals over and over again. The board rules make it obvious speech can be curtailed due to their lack. Or at least they used to be....not sure on that. So really it is for other purposes. Of which I thought could have been the case with the individual that repped me a bunch in one day, and also did the same to the poster with whom I was addressing. I just assumed this individual wanted neither to have an uphand in being able to address the same subject in another area where only one of us was allowed free speech.

Yes Joline but we do have not one but 2 folks here who are playing the "rep game" we did not log on to Worthy yesterday,,,,this has gone on before,it's nothing new,,,,,,,,,,

See now that first rep is from me.... But on more serious note, it would be nice if these reps were private, only to those which receive and give. Sometimes the best reps I give (to me anyway) is when there is disagreement, then comes a post which makes you rethink your position without saying a word. Those reps are one of my favs to give.

the moderators of this board, do not curtail peoples speech, not on opinion or popularity. If they removed it, it is more likely due to the manner of the speech, and not the content.

Patriot, I was speaking concerning taking the subject matter to a section where only one of us was able to begin a topic......And make the topic only their half of the discussion. Nothing I said was about removal of anything. Rather a moving to another section altogether their end of the subject matter.

well, im not sure what specifically your talking about, but if I were to make a guess you probably started the topic in a section that it wasnt appropriate for, hence why it got moved. If you have a problem or question, concerning something the servants do, the best thing to do is to PM them and ask them directly why your topic was moved, instead of throwing out a bunch of accusations in the public, without knowing the reasoning behind it.
