From The Voice Of The Martyrs....

In Muslim nations today, speaking on a religious subject considered to be contrary to Islam can mean death. Ironically, Muslim worshipers face a death penalty themselves. The Bible teaches that the penalty for sin is spiritual death. Apart from Christ, everyone faces eternal death. Thankfully, however, Christ has paid the death penalty for all who believe, even Muslims. Jesus Christ took our place at the hand of the executioner by being crucified on a cross. His death enables us to have eternal life with God in heaven. Thank God today that your death sentence has been commuted and that you have been pardoned. And pray for those in Muslim nations who may kill Christians on earth, but without Christ, face their own eternal death.

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23 (New International Version)

Any (Kind) Thoughts?

“You have heard the law that says, ‘Love your neighbor’ and hate your enemy. But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you! In that way, you will be acting as true children of your Father in heaven. For he gives his sunlight to both the evil and the good, and he sends rain on the just and the unjust alike. If you love only those who love you, what reward is there for that? Even corrupt tax collectors do that much. If you are kind only to your friends, how are you different from anyone else? Even pagans do that. But you are to be perfect, even as your Father in heaven is perfect. Matthew 5:43-48 (New Living Translation)

~

Love,

The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them.
Numbers 6:24-27 (King James Bible)

Yes, Gospel need to be preached to both Muslims and Jews. Muslims have a better standing than Jews because Mohammed recognizes Jesus as the apostle of God and had virgin birth.

So, sorry knowingtruth , I must disagree. It is a common misconception. Islam IS Anti-Christ. The Jesus the muslims are talking about is not our Lord Jesus, it is not the Jesus Christ Son of GOD of the Bible. According to the Koran, Allah has no son and this is written in Arabic on many mosques if not all of them somewhere. It is an Anti-Christ statement. Christians need to be aware that 'allah' of Islam is not the Living GOD of the Bible.

The Jews however, at least DO believe in the same GOD as Christians who was revealed in the Old Testament and Jesus was sent to be their Messiah as  it is written.  The muslims on the other hand, do not believe that Jesus was an apostle of God, they are taught that Jesus was a prophet of allah and in their prophecy Jesus is returning to proclaim Islam as the true religion and at that time he will break all the crosses and KILL all the JEWS and CHRISTIANS.

Have you read Koran? It is against claiming Jesus as the Son, but not against His preaching in totality. Mohammed did not accept the Son as God which many Christians do. You cannot completely rule out 'Allah' as the Supreme God since he quotes many OT verses.

Of course, Jews believe our God, but reject Jesus in totality. Mohammed recognized Him as an apostle or as a prophet that is better than total rejection. Mohammed was more against Jews than Christians. In fact, he visited the St. Catherine monastery in Sinai offering protection to monks there.

There are some other interesting but sinister differences.

Muslim scripture declares that Allah is the great deceiver, but the true God does not lie. Allah is clearly just another alter-ego of Satan.

Muslim scripture declares that Allah made everything in six days but never rested on the seventh because God does not need to rest (however the Q'uran also contradicts itself by declaring in another verse that Allah made everything in eight days).

Muslim scripture also changes and contradicts many Biblical accounts while at the same stealing from them. Between Judaism and Christianity there are no Biblical or historical contradictions, but in Islam, the story of Noah and the flood, the story of Moses, and the accounts of other OT prophets and characters are seriously twisted. Some examples: Allah made Adam clever and Eve stupid (justifying Muslim treatment of women), Jesus could speak as soon as he came out of the womb, Mary the mother of Jesus is the sister of Aaron (Moses' brother), and Jesus will return to the Earth to make Islam the official World religion then die after 40 years of a natural death.

Islam twists the chronology of true scripture, insults and demotes Jesus Christ, and conflicts with the official creation account of the Holy Bible. Judaism and Christianity are in complete harmony with each other where they share the same information. Both Jews and Christians believe every word of the Old Testament, whereas Islam introduces corrupted versions of both testaments. Such lies and blasphemies could only have come from Satan himself.

The only way to salvation is to accept that Jesus died on the cross for our sins. Any other interpretation is irrelevant. The teachings of Jesus are irrelevant, because we're all damned unless Jesus died for our sins. By presenting a false Jesus that did not die for us, Islam offers no salvation.

Allah is NOT the supreme god because his teachings lead people to eternal damnation, so yes he can be ruled out - he is Satan in disguise, using the name of Jesus to lead people to Hell.

Satan is an impersonator, a liar, and a deceiver. Just because he can quote some verses of the OT does not make him God. In fact the best liars always use a mixture of truth and lies in order to deceive. By presenting the name of Jesus, Satan is hoping to fool many, but close scrutiny reveals that the Jesus of Islam is an imposter, a made-up version of Jesus that will lead Muslims to eternal damnation.

I have read Koran in two English versions and one in our native language. How about you?

What a wacky thought! So Jesus Christ came in vain and spent nearly three and a half years in preaching of no value! God forbid such thoughts. This is a typical approach of nominal Christians if I may say so. So you think the OT holds the way to salvation? You want to send the gospel books to the dust bin then?

I am interested in understanding how the koran has any credibility when history was recorded 1000+ years before Mohammad came along and basically changed recorded history.  If someone came along and said the U.S. civil war happened in 1830, I would have no way of proving him wrong as I did not witness it, yet the civil war is recorded in history and I would have to believe the earlier record over someone making up his own story.  Is it not logically possible to see how carefully Jews recorded and preserved biblical accounts, and conclude they would be more accurate than something that was first committed to written form after Mohammad died?

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
