Okay I'm done here. If you all want to believe that the  Democratic party  is the same as the  Socialists party there is nothing I can do about. I try to inform but .........ok  I'm going to go before this gets ugly.

If you want to see what's getting really ugly, check out Keith Ellison and his connections to Radical Islam.  That he was being considered for the Chairman of the DNC should have been a red flag for you. It was also meant to be a leftward shift.

And Hillary and Obama were simply applying the teachings of her anarchist mentor Saul Alinsky.  Hence Obama's goal to "transform" (read "destroy") America was based on those anarchist principles.  Since Ferguson, all we have seen is anarchy, and Chicago (which has strict gun control) is the murder capital of the world.

Bernie Sanders is a Democratic socialist, which is actually very different than what you are making him out to be

Well I have. Which is why  I know that the Democratic party is not the same thing as the socialism. I really do not know how else to explain that they are two different parties.  But if that is what you want to think so be it.

I am not embracing socialism here. But I like people to know the facts about things. The fact being is that the Dem party is not the same as the Socialist Party.  And to just call all members of any political party anti-Christian in their believes is just not right in my book.  But I guess that is how some people see things so I will leave it up to them to work it out.

What does Keith Ellison have to do with  socialism? He is a Democrat.

I'm not so sure because Communists are not exactly warmed up to the idea of empowering women as far as I can tell. Feminism came from the Women's rights movement and I think it has been a positive thing in a lot of ways. I'm not crazy about a lot of their legal and social activists but very much enjoy some of their more intellectual ideals.

I frequent multiple boards and I see the right giving every bit as good as the left in the area of threats and disparaging remarks.

Almost all of the Liberals I know are so because they believe the government can address problems better than individuals.  I wholeheartedly disagree with them, but them having that view does not make the of the devil.  

This thread is on an open part of the forum that anyone can read, if a liberal that was seeking Jesus choose to read this thread, do you suppose it would be a good witness to the love of Jesus?

This is a really good question @Out of the Shadows. Some of the comments on this forum make me sad. I even had to take a few weeks off before returning. I see things just seem to get worse.

What people don't understand is that name calling is not the answer. If I call you a name you'll just call me another worse name. We won't exchange ideas or really seek to understand why others believe the way they do. Instead, our anger will grow and we'll simply be talking over each other.

How does this point people to Jesus?
