The only thing I've done in the past hundred days that I consider positive is try to raise up and keep in prayer a friend that was in the hospital for three weeks and try to support my ex husband who is very frail at the moment.  Seeing it spelled out in text, I realize it's not enough.  Nor is the one Bible verse I read per day.

I am interested in reading what some of the rest of you have been doing and maybe I will get some inspiration.

Seems like you have been busy MorningGlory.  It's awesome that you are able to support and friend and help your ex-husband. Bless you.

In the past 100 days,

Ive been going over my Bible. And helping some friends that aren't doing well right now. Also the Father has been teaching me to have more patience and to pray and rely on him more than man.

And you have been helping new people too, bless you Worthy.

I'm really filled with Joy when I see members of the Body just reaching out to know members of the Body more, our Body, the Body of our Precious Lord & Savior.....I see that you only Hope to be even closer in Unity as every FAMILY should desire to be......Praise Jesus

I cannot say the things I've done or do,though I would only be boasting for Christ,I feel praise may be misdirected......I'm just His Vessel,All the Glory belongs to Him Alone

I will share this much with you,I am gratified. The more Ministry Moments our Lord sets before me ,the harder they get...the harder they are ,the more gratification I have & the more I realize I must keep saying"Yes Lord,I am Willing" or He May just pass me by and present someone else with the Assignment     I'm tired,I'm really really tired but when I am really tired & really weak is when He Gives me the most Strength and I am truly AMAZED,each & every time

I know I've really said nothing & not shared in the way you had hoped but I just want to encourage everyone to keep saying"Here Am I" and go for it.....recently I said to God Almighty,"Am I equipped to handle this LOrd?"........I heard His reply......"I didn't choose you because you are able,I choose you because you are willing....I AM ABLE"

LOL,I  have translated that to this     "You'll do"                                           Praise Jesus                            With love-in Christ,Kwik

Hey Kwik, I could so relate to what you wrote. Sometimes it is hard just getting through each day, at least it is not something that we have to do on own. Bless you.

This is not a question and I don't presume to demand others to participate, though I do hope that many people participate in this as my intent is to concentrate on each and every individual as a person here. I am not concerned with what we do as a Christian, but what we do as a member of the families we were born into, the jobs that we make a living as and the persons we are. The reasons that I am not too concerned with what we do as a Christian, is that we might force ourselves to do something that we really don't want to do, just because of our faith and that, to me doesn't come from ourselves, but from a need to try and impress God.'

I have an aunt that used to say, "Well Jesus says I have to love them, so I will" I never understood that, because to me, God knows what is in our hearts and would certainly discard anything done for that reason, because it was not love, but duty that created it. It just seemed too false to me. I know that i've had my time with love and forgiveness. The worst person I have problems with forgiving is myself. I've done things to help people and help myself and have paid dearly for my efforts.

I wanted to start this for me as much as for everyone else, because I think we need a place to laugh and to cry and honor eachother as we honor God and maybe, just maybe, we will learn a little about each other that will endear us to each other in joy.

Hi all, This is not an answer for no question has been asked. I have already stated I do not let the left hand know what the right does, as a materof personal understanding of the instruction to me from God.

BUT, There always is one it seems, with a singular T. But, is good works the province of God alone? Cannot evil do good works? Will not evil do good works in imitation of God's good purposes and deceit by many that are evil declaring themselves Godly? Will not the antichrist be a problem solver a doer of God and be mistaken  as deity bringing even  peace on earth?

The point I am trying to share is that  we do not do good to be seen  as better or even as good. We do good to obey God. We do not do it for gain, it is eleemosynary in manner, unseen good, done quietly not necessarily  known even  to ourselves, in service of God's will for us. And as such we do not carry a tally sheet for the good we do, and   could never make a report  of it. We just do it if we are led by the Holy Spirit. We might find need of a tally sheet if our motivation is to have others know and to  be seen as good.

I think I'd rather know, and be in the company of, that person that just works good things out,  rather than the person that tells me of what they are doing  to do good things. Maybe I'm wrong, perhaps there is some need for an analysis of what  one is doing, as a marker- but I think not.

I  think it is like the busy  person, that is the person you give another task to for they will do it and do it well. The one's at the coffee pot talking about how much they do and heavily worked they are, maybe  they are not the one's to seek out. I know I just get tired when I hear those coffee pot talks. I'd rather be with someone that is moving the handle of a shovel, or helping a widow or an orphan without their conversing about it much if at all.

Seems to me that a list of good deeds might only serve to provide evidence that evil does good deeds.

I can think of  evils that do profoundly wonderful good deeds.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
