Or, use their own tactics against them. Save for the suicide bombing part. Homemade self defense weapons are an option when government has disarmed a population during a terrorist attack season years ago right after 2001 in America.

Once you give up your rights as a free people, it nearly impossible to get them back unless you elect a government willing to reinstate your rights.

True. Britains allowed the government to take their right to self defense away. How does a nation of free people do that? Especially when in the world those citizens know there is a cult ideology that would have them dead because they are not Muslim. And then to be disarmed and later have that same government allow members of that murdering cult into your homeland by the thousands. 

It's an invasion. No wonder Muslim terrorists are becoming so bold. Who's going to stop them? Not even the police are armed.

The Islamic State (IS) group has claimed responsibility for last night's shooting and hostage situation in Melbourne, in which a man was killed, several police were injured and a woman was held against her will.
IS published a statement via a news agency linked to the group, which said the attack in Melbourne was carried out by one of its "soldiers".
"The attack in Melbourne, Australia was carried out by a soldier of the Islamic State in response to the call for targeting the subjects of the coalition states," the statement said.
The gunman was shot dead following a stand-off with police which lasted for more than an hour at serviced apartments on Bay St in Brighton, while a woman was held hostage.

The man responsible for a deadly siege in an affluent Melbourne suburb yesterday had previously faced court over a plot to attack an Australian army base, according to reports.
The gunman, identified by the Herald Sun as Somalian-born Yacqub Khayre, 29, had been acquitted over a plan to launch a suicide attack at an army barracks in Holsworthy, Sydney, in 2009.
He also served jail time for a violent 2012 home invasion and was reportedly on parole at the time of the siege.
Police are probing terror links as “one line of inquiry” to the siege, which left the suspect and another man dead and three police officers injured.

During the siege yesterday, a man thought to be Khayre called a television newsroom and said “this is for IS, this is for Al-Qaeda”. A woman could be heard screaming in the background.
Police were initially called to reports of an explosion at the Buckingham Serviced Apartments building on Bay Street, Brighton, at 4pm.
Officers arrived to find a man’s body in the foyer and a suspect holed up in one of the apartments and holding a woman hostage.
The siege situation lasted almost two hours, and ended with special operations group officers shooting the suspect as he tried to leave.
"Police members returned fire and as a result of that fire, the man who exited the serviced apartment was fatally shot,” Deputy Police Commissioner Andrew Crisp said.
Of the three officers injured, two were taken to hospital and a the third was treated at the scene. None suffered life-threatening injuries.

Dep. Comm. Crip said police were investigating the chilling call made to the Channel Seven newsroom.
"We will be working with Channel Seven in relation to that call,” he said.
"Terrorism is one line of inquiry in relation to this particular matter, we do have our counter-terrorism command working with our crime department investigators.”
Police have not said if the gunman and woman were known to each other.
The man found dead in the foyer and the female hostage were workers at the apartments, The Age reports.
The sound of multiple gunshots being fired can be heard in video from the scene.
Opposition Leader Bill Shorten wrote on Twitter that police "demonstrate their courage yet again" after the "horrifying news" from Brighton.

One could consider the acts in the UK and Europe to be a Muslim Crusade against all non-Muslim people, especially "soft targets".  In truth, this creates more terror than 1911.

That is actually part of the training, throw anything you can get your hands on, keyboards, monitors, chairs and more.  They are known as weapons of opportunity.
