How do you Identify Wolves in Sheep's Clothing?

Nowadays, many people are becoming caught up in sex addictions, love addictions, and power addictions. It is the power addicts that can best be seen as wolves in sheep's clothing. They use the exploitation mechanisms of love, peace, and understanding; the age of Aquarius package that sounds so good and it is attractive to so many people. But love, peace, and understanding that not grounded in the deep Christian rootedness makes people vulnerable to those who are caught up in a power agenda.

Here is the simpliest way to indentify a wolf cloaked in wool.

HAS JESUS really said if you put away your wife and marry another its adultery save for fornication,  NO< WHAT HE MEANT WAS............

THAT IS A WOLF.

lest you be condemned.    NO what he means is........................

THAT is a wolf.

Above all things brethren SWEAR NOT james would echo, now that is a TRUE APOSTLE

the ones who DO and teach others to DO are the real ones, the ones that omit or change or make excuse to find a way around.......A WOLF IN WOOL that one is.

So lets sum up that again showing in both cases WHO are the false ones and who are the true ones.

Has JESUS really said if you put away your wife or the wife put away her husband its adultery to remarry

and even adultery to remarry the one who has been put away...........NO what he meant was......................WOLF EXAMPLE

SO then if she be married to another man WHILE her first husband lives, she shall be called and adulteress.............TRUE PROPHET PAUL.

or peter or paul who would echo it .

SO many examples I could bring.  NOTICE the false ones say what they say to justify their love of the god of self, they want to do something they should not

so they change what JESUS said to fit the god of S   E     L     F..............its desires. Yet they have not joy of the lord at all times,  when things look rough they are down .

Notice how the true ones SIMPLY DO and teach others to do , and have the REAL JOY OF THE LORD in all times.

Paul warns us, too.  He says that in the last days perilous times shall come.   Do we all agree that we are in the last days?  Isn't this important to recognize.

They have a form of godliness, but deny the power of God... ever learning but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Paul said,

1Ti 1:19  Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:
1Ti 1:20  Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme. 

Would you consider them wolves in sheep's clothing or just backsliders?

Paul said that Demas had forsaken him, having loved this present world and departed for Thessalonica (2 Tim. 4:10).  Would that be a wolf, or simply a backslider?

What about the people that joined in the agape feasts that Jude refers to?

Jud 1:4  For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Jud 1:8  Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.

Jud 1:10  But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.

Jud 1:12  These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;
Jud 1:13  Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

Those are harsh words regarding people who are calling themselves Christians to be in their fellowship.

This is spiritual discernment and I  believe every serious follower of Christ should have it. So help understand what clues will demonstrate a wolf in sheep's clothing. Your feed back is greatly appreciated.

 

The nature and purpose of the wolf and how they grab livestock out of a herd is pretty revealing of the false teachers nature and purpose. They hunt, confuse, divide, pull away, over power and destroy them, and dine on them to satisfy their own cravings and howl for all the other wolve packs to show they are strong they got one and have eaten. When the are alone they howl so they stay connected to their pack. they always want to signal the pack where they are or destract so the heard is focused on the lone howler while the pack sneaks in. The roam the earth like Satan seeking whom they may devour. Driven by need for a kill and flesh to rip apart that is only  satisfied while they are eating the carcuss and sleeping or breeding. Lord said wolves not wolf Im sure he was also refering to their pack mantality.

Satan comes to kill steal and destroy. The Lord has come to redeem us, encourage us, restore us, build us up in Him, bind up our wounds, heal us and Save us. Pretty obvious tale signs when compared to dominate, manipulate, intemidate and control tactics of carnal flesh and Satan.
