That talks about this prophecy. Here is a paragraph from the article. "The prophecy labels the new pope "the Glory of the Olive." The Benedictine Order is known as the Olivetans and has as its symbol the olive branch. The new Pope, though not of that order, choose his name Benedict XVI." Maybe someone could post the ariticle here. (I'm not that good at computer stuff.) It's very interesting, but I would have been really impressed if this Pope had actually come from the Benedictine Order. What I find kind of scary is that he is 78 years old, as otherone stated. A newscaster on the radios labeled him as a "transitional pope." So I would guess he will last 6 to 7 years at the most. Then we could be in for a real change. The new Pope is a converted Jew. So, he really is an olive branch. Wow. Now I'm impressed. There could be something to this prophecy after all. seraph, thanks for your assistance. Were did you get this information? I'd like to see this! (Seriously!) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Me to because the BBC did a short profile on him and stated, "At the age of 14, he joined the Hitler Youth, as was required of young Germans of the time, but was not an enthusiastic member." It is not likely that he was ever a Jew.

Maybe that was my mistake, I was quoting him. I will try to find more on this in writing. In Chirst, CarolineS
