Why is it wrong to ask God why He does something.  You ask your Earthly father don't you?   Its a good way to learn.

It's never wrong to ask God anything that you are lovingly and faithfully to accept as answered from Him. It is certain to ask only in faith (Heb 11:6), knowing it's always for our good.

Hi SJ - Good comment and appreciate your reply, as it is highly applicable to the issue: "it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given (Mat 13:11).

But who are you, O man, to answer back to God? Will what is molded say to its molder, “Why have you made me like this?”  Has the potter no right over the clay, to make out of the same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for dishonorable use? What if God, desiring to show his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, in order to make known the riches of his glory for vessels of mercy, which he has prepared beforehand for glory—  even us whom he has called, not from the Jews only but also from the Gentiles? 25 As indeed he says in Hosea,

“Those who were not my people I will call ‘my people,’
and her who was not beloved I will call ‘beloved.’”
26 “And in the very place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’
there they will be called ‘sons of the living God.’”

What am I not realizing?

You were born dead in sin... in a world given over to a rebellious angel Lucifer... from this place you speak using what God has given you 'being' as though it is no precious gift yet I bet hypocrisy exists in your enjoyment of being at times!

This is also a good indicator for God creating man-- "to show his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction (those God foreknew who would be unbelievers); "in order to make known the riches of his glory for vessels of mercy, which he has prepared beforehand for glory"--(believers).

I'm sorry.  I find your answer totally confusing....The bible does not say God answers some and not others....The bible does not say God reveals everything to some and not others concerning anything.....The bible does not say God reveals scripture to some and not others....  Religion says that....Religious nonsense to be exact.  Look!

But without a parable spake he not unto them: and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples.  Are you a disciple?  Yup you are.

Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.   Are you a believer?  Yup  So all things are possible for you.

But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.  No secrets from you...

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.  He'll teach you all things and remind you of everything Jesus told you....Who was he talking to?   Yup  His disciples   Are you a .....Oh yeah...We already agreed you are a disciple.

Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.   Hmmm  No secrets....from anybody.

All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.  Wow!   Everything the Father has is yours too....No secrets from you.  No holding back from you.

Now you dig into it and you'll find a lot of verses that say all things, all knowledge all all all is given to whosoever will......

No worries here.   Keep reading.   It's there.  (in the Bible)

Like the truth about Passover Feast is not revealed to catholics.

Why Jesus PRAISED the Father that HE hid Salvation from the educated ones .....

Why Yahweh doesn't even hear, let alone answer, the prayers of some....

Yep,   it's all in Scripture,  EVEN in English.......

Of course,  much has been hidden,   because it is the Father's Good Pleasure so to do .... as Jesus Says Himself .....

Excellent question and pondering.   You know, there are myriads of people asking this very question as they contemplate their existence and the why's.   A scripture verse comes to mind.

Isaiah 45  King James Version (KJV)

Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?

Isaiah 45    Living Bible (TLB)

Woe to the man who fights with his Creator. Does the pot argue with its maker? Does the clay dispute with him who forms it, saying, “Stop, you’re doing it wrong!” or the pot exclaim, “How clumsy can you be!”?

Good scriptures but I'm not sure of your point....Are you saying its good or bad to ask God why He does something?   Humor me....I've got about a million things on my fire right now.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
