The district of Columbia is about ten square miles and it is not technically part of the United States of America.... it has it's own constitution, it's own police force, it's own flag, pays no taxes and is not answerable to anyone other than itself. Never thought once about government. I thought the story of Cape Henry to be inspirational, and enjoyed reading it. I have known a little about masonry influence, but not about DC having it's own constitution. Dude, did you get me digging. The Crown-Vatican-DC. Scheese!
