I would very much like to pray for them as friends and brothers. But unfortunately I must pray for them as enemies.

Anyone who claims to be in the light but hates a brother or sister is still in the darkness. 1 John 2:9    So the answer is no. You can not be a Christian and hate another Christian. 

It shows what their first love is, and it does not seem to be Jesus.
