Hi  Turtle two.

Thinking and praying for you and your mom.

I can't get more personally involved than posting in your current thread as I myself and now just morning the recent loss of a close family friend who was like a great moral support towards me after my own parents passed, my mom being the last one to pass a few years ago.

Its never easy to have to say good bye to a beloved parent, but sometimes its the only thing we can do.

If your mom is on life support and is suffering in her condition and could probably not survive without life support, then the kindest thing you could possibly do, would be, to let your beloved mother go back to God. I hope and pray your mother found salvation in Christ Jesus. If she did, then it may be the kindest thing you do for your mother in that you allow her for nature to take its natural course.  Your mother if she does not benefit from treatment to ever regain a level comfort and lucidity level of well being, it may be kinder  of you , to release your beloved mom from the struggle she must be going through .

I do not know  the exact situation of your beloved mother, but if that is the case, where she no longer is lucid and on life support, then, the kindest thing you could do in my opinion would be allow her to go back to her beloved redeemer Christ Jesus.

Praying for you and the decisions you are having to face, praying also for your moms' salvation and the healing or release from this life according to Gods will concerning this situation for the best possible outcome for your mom at this stage of her life and her well being.

In Christ Jesus Always;

1to3

So sorry about your mom, @turtletwo.  I didn't know you were dealing with that or with insomnia either.  Very, very tough.  Praying for you tonight.  I hope you are feeling better soon.  Praying for wisdom and peace...

Thanks so much, sis. I praise God for your words of comfort. Kindness and prayers are by far the best response when someone is hurting. Your ongoing support and concern on following my situation touches my heart.

Hi. It is very kind of you to ask. It's been touch and go. I have my better days and my bad days. Lately, the scale is tipping towards bad. My mother is worsening in many ways and the pressure is on from her doctor to pull the plug! This is wearing on me emotionally and taking a toll on my physical health. My insomnia is intense. I know you understand about that. It is nice when one member of the body of Christ cares that another member is hurting and checks on them. Thanks.

I'm so sorry Big Bro. How's Mum? I hope she's better. I've been really busy with school but i'm here now.

First of all, don't talk like it's already OVER. Mum's gonna be alive and well u just SEE it. U don't allow the devil to rob u of ur mum, sleep or health. Don't give up it's not over till God says it is and till then u fight like the warrior u are.

Don't cry or weep. She's not dead and God's not deaf. God said he will do ANYTHING U ASK HIM TO DO and God is not a man to lie.

When Satan comes to rob u of ur sleep. Resist him and he will flee. Play ur fave worship song. Because Mum isn't going anywhere so don't kill ur self with worry. Watch ur most Faith-Building Movie. Pray and send angels on a healing mission and loose divine healing and bind sickness. Pray with Mum. Encourage her. This could be God's way of bringing you two closer to him and each other. Eat well and Confess good things. Remember: We overcome him ( Satan) by the lamb and by the words of our testimony.

God Bless U.

Your Lil Sis, Chrisy

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

      Shalom everyone,

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
