I'm straight forward, I use a lot of scripture, and my posts aren't contradictory, so when you claim I'm being disingenuous and use lots of double talk, I am a bit surprised by this charge. Since you are the accuser, shouldn't you be the one who provides some evidence when it is asked of you?

You may claim to be straight forward and you may  claim to be using scripture but that is only a claim.

Your claim isnt consistent with biblical truth imho.

Ive been watching you since you joined.

You have alot of wrong thinking about things. I dont think you are surprised at all at what I said. You already know you go against the grain here in many areas. Why would one more observation surprise you?

No. Im not going to ablige you with examples. Recount all the endless dissagreements on here and there are your examples. I will say one thing as a response to this thread and something you said about the baptist missionaries.

How do you know that their method isnt working? You cant preach grace and the propitiation without preaching mans being dead in their sins and the consequences . I wonder how you know if it worked or not? Are you able to see into a persons heart? Does the Holy Spirit move in your time or his?

Did Christ tell the resistant to repent for the kingdom of God is near?

Does that mean we should make public charges against someone just because we have different opinions?

I was really surprised. And how do you know what I post goes against the grain of the majority of people here? There are only about a dozen members if that participating in this thread out of thousands.

Is it Biblical to make a public claim against someone without providing evidence?

You say you have been watching me since I joined, so why didn't you respond this way to all those who have said that my ministry is a failure because I have no fruit to show or that I should abandon my ministry all together? There have been dozens of times that this has been said on this forum.

I do agree with you though, we do not know what's going on behind the scenes.

Jesus came for the lost sheep of Israel and the prophets in the Old Testament foretold that Israel must repent to be saved. This is why repentance was part of the gospel message to the Jews.

Did Paul tell the resistant gentiles to repent for the kingdom of God is near?

You still propping up the false claim of two gospels?

Lol

Look at Acts. Specifically all if it!

Lots of calls to repent.

The Holy Spirit is always aware.  I can more imagine someone in the similar situation would be looking more for God's love , safety and protection rather then needing at that point to feel the conviction of their sin.

Until one understands what sin is ie rebellion against a Holy God; they cannot recognize the truth in why the atonement took place.

Salvation and godly sorrow of our sins go hand in hand.

2 Corinth 7:10..For godly sorrow works repentance to salvation .....

I told you I was consistent ;)

Yes there are calls to repent from the original disciples who were initially told to go only to the Jews.

Christ has become a servant to the circumcision on behalf of the truth of God to confirm the promises given to the fathers (Romans 15:8)

I (Paul) had been entrusted with the gospel to the uncircumcised, just as Peter had been to the circumcised (Galatians 2:7)

Paul mentions repentance one time in acts, but he is not talking about repentance from sins.

look at 2Corinth 7:10.....

My two best childhood friends are liberals.  The one who is a Christians gets very bitter sounding when she speaks of "Trumpers".  So I avoid talking about politics with her.  The other thinks she is a Christian but she is deceived.  She cannot call Jesus "Lord" and she prays to her dead parents for help instead of to God.  My heart breaks for her.  Yes I do continue to love both.

I agree.  It's the order the song Amazing grace speaks of too.

'Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
And grace my fears relieved.
How precious did that grace appear"
The hour I first believed.

You are right! I never tire of that song.btw

I agree with you. I think Shiloh has the patience of Job. For striving with him day in and day out. He is talking to someone I perceive as disingenuous. Lots of double talk in other words.

Btw just so you and others are aware: I have been following this site for years. I feel like I know many here.

That is so odd you would say that .    I really feel like I know you too one sheep .  YOU LOVED one sheep .

I had a radical left old friend that I hadn't seen since becoming a Christian.  We visited them after returning from Israel. They insisted that Israel had no right to it's land and that the Bible & Christianity was just a violent world religion. I explained about the historic context of the O.T. and explained the N.T. contained the good news and tried to explain about the significance of Jesus Christ's birth....and she said the bible was a matter of individual interpretation- I said no, that would be a wrong misunderstanding & a misrepresentation of the Bible scripture.I would not agree with her & she exploded in a rage. They ended the friendship because I chose God, Jesus and the word of God over my relationship with them because I would not side with their intellect as being right. I was shocked but not shocked as it was an over the top vicious angry reaction, I saw this was a show down between darkness and light and the devil caused her have a wild angry fit of rage. It was so ridiculously out of proportion, that at first we thought this person was joking.  It seemed my born again Christian status must have posed a spiritual threat to the hold the devil had upon her. I have no regrets , I chose Jesus first and foremost.

How true it was when Jesus said that He came “ bearing a sword”. Nothing can divide like a sword......or the Word of Truth

There have never been two Gospels.

Exactly.   This notion that there was a "gospel to Israel"  and  a "gospel for the world."  is not something the Bible teaches.  It is false teaching and those wh promote that demonstrate a fundamental lack of theological understanding.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
