David doesn’t say the Lord asks him to lie down, he says MAKES him lie down, Our Father knows what’s best for us.. sleep is regenerative, it relaxes us physically, emotionally, and spiritualy

Even the Land heals itself, in the Bible the tribes were told every 7th year let the land heal itself, let it rest, People argue about the Sabbath, but that was a gift from God because he knew they could use a day of rest and when they were slaves in Egypt they had no days off, so this was Gods gift, The Father knows what is right for us and we should take time to regenerate and rest ourselves in this busy holiday season
