The smell alone makes me ill.  I'd rather eat nothing at all than boiled eggs.

Pffttt.....Lucky Charms are as disgusting as spinach.....Listen to me- you “ Galloping Gourmet” Wanna-Be ! Nobody can whip up a bowl of Spaghetti-O’s like “ yours truly” and I Do not even have to use an oven as a crutch.Straight from the refrigerated can, baby!

I love spinach!!  Not the canned Popeye stuff!  LOL.  Just a giant handful of fresh baby spinach [with the stems pulled off - that does take some time].

Hi, Separating out and then beating the white only, makes a meringue. Then gently but quickly folding back in beaten yolk forms a thick and airy omelette mix to be fried.  Heat on low let the soft bubbles firm up then add fillings and fold over the omelette to enclose the filling.

Note: some make the mix then bake the omelette mix like a meatloaf and slice it for serving. I have no patience  for this in the morning.  Generally, I want my eggs! If not  I make slow cooked oatmeal with cinnamon,  no milk, perhaps just real maple syrup ( which is good on everything, including left over fried Spaghetti for breakfast).

Mostly I used domestic chicken eggs. May I suggest;  try making omelettes from some kind of egg.

You claim “ real maple syrup” is good on everything....I tend  to agree.At least that is debatable . Any “ upside “ to adding spinach to a scrambled egg has Communist origins.....no room for debate......it pains me to say it but I must—— Go Back To Russia!
