Please allow me to paraphrase.     He who looks upon a Man lustfully,  He has already committed that sin in his heart.

So. I am a bi person. (Biromantic asexual, to be exact. It means I feel romantic feelings for both sexes, but that I don't wish to have sex with anybody. I want a romantic relationship without the sex. Hetero-romantic asexuals also exist.)

So, in the Christian LGBT community, there are 3, sometimes 4, defined theological stances:
1. Side A: fully affirming, believe that same sex unions are blessed by God
2. Side B: Not affirming. Believe that God forbids same sex sexual and romantic activity. Believe that sexuality is innate, and don't seek to change it. Only focuses on not acting on it and living a chaste life of celibacy.
3. Side X: Also known as ex-gays. They believe that same sex activity AND at all experiencing attraction is a sin & that same sex attracted individuals should seek to get rid of their same sex attraction and become straight, or have no attraction at all.
4. Side Y: Kinda between side B and side X, they don't believe orientation change is necessary but they are very against calling yourself gay/bi/LGBT/queer at any capacity.

I'm side B.

edit: Let me also be clear that I believe there's a difference between attraction and lust. Lust is far more intentional and deliberate. Lust is fantasizing about something you can't or shouldn't have, it's trying to have your cake and eat it too.

A young gay man gets kicked out.. friend takes him in says.. what about Jesus? Young gay man says .. been there done that. The friend says no.. if you need someone to laugh with.. I am here. If you need someone to get mad at.. I am here. If you need someone to cry with I am here. If you fall I will not judge you or condemn you. That young gay man is now married and has tons of kids...and that desire for the same sex? Gone..

A young gay girl.. cries out day and night about this desire for the same sex. One morning she wakes up...its gone.. she has no clue.. but no desire for the same sex at all. Young gay man.. gets married... no reason. Even tells her .. I will always want men. He then leaves her.. but she says.. I will always be here waiting. He was going to take his own life.. friend asked him to please talk to this pastor. None knew what he was about to do the next day. He agreed. So as they were praying for him he laughed in side thinking.. wow wont they be shocked tomorrow when they read the paper about me. HE SAID.. about 20min into the prayer.. HE SAID..something inside wanted out. The pastor asked him to read this verse every day and sent with him two other men. Every day they would come over make sure he read that verse. One day.. lol he would not let them in..YES YES I am reading it. Then went on about 3 months.

The next morning he wakes ups... he can't explain it... every part of him..ever cell wanted that woman he left.. his wife..whom he never had touched. He called the preacher and the preacher told the two young me.. GET HIS WIFE TO HIM NOW! HAHA... been happily married ever since.

Two young gay women .. lived together.. had some abortion clinic. Some Christians lived next door and the kids would come over and give them cookies and such. And had them over for dinner. Never once judging or condemning them. One night they came over both got saved and stop living together.

Jesus is real.. that desire is not from God. Each of us.. that sin that so easily besets us.. He can take away. See He did all He will ever do. Its finished. Sin.. has no power over any more. We DON'T have to take it live with it. ANY SIN..

I post only what I know to help.. build your faith.  Each story is true. JESUS is so real. No matter what MAN says... you ALWAYS run to Him.. He loves you arms open.. whom the SON sets free.. is free indeed. Praise GOD glory to JEsus

HOMOSEXUALITY - VS - SCRIPTURE

No, they never have. I'm sorry, but the post is too lengthy and further complicated with far more issues than the supposed topic. We have the Levitical laws concerning moral and intimate decency, which include homosexual acts being an abomination. The Apostle Paul also mentions the subject confirming God's mind has not changed. It is obviously not "alright".

"

Christians and homosexuality is a hotly debated topic in today’s evangelical world, and Southern Seminary continues that conversation in this publication. Matthew Vines’s new book, God and the Gay Christian: The Biblical Case in Support of Same-Sex Relationships, argues that homosexual orientation and committed same-sex relationships are consistent with a “high view” of the Bible and evangelical Christianity. Southern Seminary president R. Albert Mohler Jr. and four other seminary faculty members refute this claim in the new SBTS Press e-book, God and the Gay Christian? A Response to Matthew Vines.

Each chapter refutes Vines’s claims from six specific Scriptural references to homosexuality. Mohler’s chapter provides an overview critique of Vines’s book. James M. Hamilton Jr., professor of biblical theology, addresses the Old Testament claims; Denny Burk, professor of biblical studies, addresses New Testament claims; Owen Strachan, assistant professor of Christian theology looks at the church history assertions; and Heath Lambert, assistant professor of biblical counseling, answers whether there is such a thing as a “gay Christian.”"

We are at war with the flesh, and there is no discharge from this service - When it comes our time to die, we will not command the spirit to stay so we can have time to repent: "There is no man that hath power over the spirit to retain the spirit; neither hath he power in the day of death: and there is no discharge in that war; neither shall wickedness deliver those that are given to it." [Ecc 8:8]

I thank you for using scripture and the length and detail you went into.  Its good to see someone who is just as aware of the lambs as the sheep and approaches the subject for all 3 levels at the same time.   Its good to see you following what Jesus instructed

John 21:14 This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.

John 21:15 So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.

John 21:16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

John 21:17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

If one is stuck on homosexuality.. if its a sin or not. Study look into the family.. man and woman. What GOD says about that. If you are gay and walked up to Christ.. you would feel a love you have never felt on this earth. You would know your not judged nor condemned. He is holy. And unless we are willing..freely want to give up everything. He will not say a word. This is NOT about does Christ love me. The world was in sin.. hated GOD.. yet He died for the world because He loved it.

A man and woman.. yeah.. I think we all know those two seem to fit perfectly. This is not about "can I Love the same sex" yes.. that is no sin. A man and woman come together. What happens to them...no gay person has ever had. They become ONE! And that one can have children. That child is made up of both. Two gay men if they want a child...unless they adopt they have to find some woman to give birth. All in all.. that child will never know its true parent and we LOVE that child? Or are we thinking of self?

I believe to hear the truth reject it. To freely sin and then with same breath say "I LOVE JESUS". I would be lying. The word is very clear on this. We some how think we are so much better then angels. "And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.”

They sinned and can not repent. And we HEAR READ about JESUS and sin... and we think we can freely sin because of grace or because "I don't believe its a sin". "For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment;"

2nd Peter 2. Read it. "then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment, and especially those who walk according to the flesh in the lust of uncleanness and despise authority. They are presumptuous, self-willed. They are not afraid to speak evil of dignitaries,

We think we are so much better. Angels sinned.. there is NO HOPE for any of those  that fell. And truth? There is no human on this earth can say for FACT "you can sin go to heaven. You can say its not sin and go to heaven".  They tell you what they personally believe. No sin will enter heaven. For ME I can not freely sin and with the same breath say I LOVE YOU JESUS! There are so many STUCK IN SIN... CAUGHT IN SIN.. thats a different story.. you can love Jesus. There are those that are blind. They really don't know its a sin. Christ said "if you were blind you would have no sin. You say you see your sin remains.

Christ loves all. He does not condemn nor judge. He showed us made the way out. We have to freely take it. There is no fence.. no middle ground. You are all for Him or your not. I speak like this because I have seen the love of God when it comes to gay people. Who walk away feeling more loved by SOME Christians then anyone in the world. Some love them just as they are.. don't judge don't condemn.. and do not condone sin. I have seen to many stuck in homosexuality that are free now. I mean free.. they cry.. they don't understand where desire went. They have a new desire for the opposite sex they never had. See YOU have to make the choice. He will never force us.

You never have to live with something that is not of God. DON'T take my word for ANYTHING! You ask Him. ANY SIN your stuck in.. or something you think is not a sin. Open your heart.. be willing to HEAR what HE says. Now ask.. know He hears  you. Are you willing to change for HIM? Are you willing to give up ALL for Him? I can not say who gets in to heaven.. I believe very few are lost.. most are found.

He loves you... I believe many ...won't have any reward :) He already died for EVERY sin you would ever do. He knew this moment.. any sin.. He died for. But.. that SIN we do? STILL hurts Him. Why? Because that SIN is a lie.. what that SIN does is it takes the one He loves so much.. the one He died for. the one He LONGS to hold.. away from Him. THATS why He HATES SIN! You have no clue how much He loves you.. SIN steals...lies.. keeps you from Him. How can we not see this. I pray I offended no one. I am no ones God.. forgive me if I offended you

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
