I am thankfull that y are better.

Medically speeking: Sleep – is the verry crittical one!! with rest and „feeling at home“ - that needs to be turned on again. What is- not looking to the negative side? .. A list of gratitude. Breathing, sports (jogging). Keeping ourselfs fit. and Vitamin D from the sun. That is all verry effective.

Do to others. I like that verry early post - ,,,, some practical help can be: Make room, give shelter. And feed other people well. And this would often be supported by the unchurched. They are quicker in the practical help when it comes to those things. Shourly groops in town could start and doing that.

I've been looking at some figures for covid 19 and someone please put me right if I am wrong. Today there are 2,629,951 cases of corona virus and 183,723  deaths, globally. That sounds a great deal, and it's very sad for the families of those who have died, but if you consider the fact that their are over 67 million people in the UK alone it will help put things in perspective The majority of people recover and often the symtoms are very mild. It is still the old and those who already have poor health who are at risk. The media are out to scare people in my opinion.

It is so vital to eat, sleep and drink the Word of God  so that it's truths our more vital and real than what screams at us from the death ....

My DE contry is still – all-for-these verry strict rules. … my city is (HH.de) Hamburg.

just watched a deatailed rki 55m news; No - they say this is more than a high peak flu. Germany follows verry strikt rules. Where as sweden is more liberal. Official figures delay & in Germany they speak – of a verry fragil – equilibrum. An R figure is 0.9 (for de) . meaning still today 10 thick people give this virus to another (befor healthy) 9 people. They want down to some 0.3 - in a short time...  A second grater pandemic wave – can still quickly give exponentially growing numbers...

Though in all this – it is our mind set. The inner man and the public behavior in our societies that may change verry much. All after we have come through the phase we are in – at the moment. My plan was to look at other years of major crisis.. but people here seem to bee 'spiritual/ does this mean we do not want to see, what can happen?? The Years of 1846 – 1857 or 1873 were leading

into deep and long financial crisis...
