Hi all,new member here.

I was just curious of what type Christian denominations/minds made up this forum. If it was Baptist,Catholic,Lutheran etc. I know there is a diversity on forums. I could not find a Poll option so if anyone wanted to drop in and share their position that would appreciated.

I myself am Reformed.

I am a nondenominational born again Christian.

I myself am Reformed.

Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

What do you mean by: I myself am Reformed?

Love, Walter

I also being born again of the Holy spirit. The Reformed part means denominational belief. Reformed groups include Calvinists,Presbyterian and even some Baptists hold some of the five points of the TULIP.

Hope that makes sense. :)

My point is to believe on Him that have made us free in His words of life, but not in any groups.

 Rom 5

8 but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Since, therefore, we have now been justified by his blood, much more shall we be saved by him from the wrath of God. 10 For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life. 11 More than that, we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.

I am a  Trinitarian (Matthew 28:19, John 20:19-22, 1 Peter 1:2, Genesis 1:26), Supersessionist (Fufillment Theology, salvation is in Christ alone Acts 4:10-12, Joh n 3:16-18, John 14:6, Romans 10:9-10, John 17:3, 1 John 4:15), Sola Scriptura (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:20-22), Eternal Security (John 10:26-30), Continuationalist (I believe the gifts of the Spirit are for today 1 Corinthians 12:4-7, 1 Corinthians 14:26-30), and on eschatology I believe we will go through the Great Trib (Matthew 24:29, Revelation 7:14, Revelation 13:7, Revelation 14:12-13), and that we will be caught up (1 Thessalonians 4:17) when Jesus physically appears in the sky in the future. (Revelation 1:7, Matthew 24:30-41, 1 Thessalonians 4:17).

As a kid my wife was raised Presbyterian, and I was in the Disciples of Christ (a very liberal, awful bunch, at least the church I was in).

In the early 70s, and through some unusual circumstances, we both got saved and Spirit-filled in the old Jesus movement. We're now pushing 70 and have been attending full-gospel fellowships ever since.

I am an American Southern Baptist, non-reformed.

However, I prefer just to classify myself as Christian.

I myself am Reformed.

The site itself is non-denominational so all are welcomed.
