Uhhhh this involves actual kids......it is not expression like a piece of art. This movie is evil and should not have any excuses made for it.  So they are making REAL KIDS twerk. Come on here of all places I wouldn't expect to see excuses for it.

Agreed!  The funniest thing I ever saw, was my father trying to convince me that the History Channel and the Discovery Channel were good and wholesome.

So we're sitting there talking, while they were playing some history thing or whatever.... and then three commercials came on...  First one was a condom commercial, the second was a "sounds of the night" by Playboy, and third was a Viagra medication type commercial.

I just laughed and laughed and laughed, and today (this was years ago), my father has internet sports, with no commercials, and that's it.

Filter what you give your money to, and what you allow in your house.   I think all Christians should do that.

A couple years ago, History Channel (the Canadian version anyway) was showing Top Gun (???). That channel went off the rails years ago.

And that is a point.  I can say for myself that I have never had any porn or anything like that on my computer ever.

And for me.... and this is just me apparently... My internet company is not funding directly, or indirectly, pedophilia.  The company is not sponsoring sexualizing 11-year-olds, nor are they defending it.

The internet provider is only engaged in one thing... providing internet.

To say we shouldn't have the internet because you could if you choose, use it to look at underage girls in whore outfits.... is like saying you could use a car to drive to a strip club, or you could use a car to run people over and murder them.

By that logic, no one should own a car?

Because all through this entire ridiculous Covid-19 freak out over a sneeze shut down... I've been going to church online... over the internet.

How you use the internet does matter, just like how you use your car matters.... do you agree?

Amen Brother.  Preach on.   I don't know how anyone can sit there and say "Well this is just a matter of personal conviction".

To me, that's almost like "sponsoring sex trafficking is a matter of personal conviction"... this is insane.  We have a company saying that having 11-year-old girls twerking in prostitute outfits, is perfectly fine and good... and people who say they are Christian saying this should be a matter of personal conviction?

I don't know how you can have that position.  Honestly, this entire thread was in my opinion just supposed to be an FYI, because I couldn't imagine anyone anywhere even attempting a defense of this.

When I was young in the faith (mid to late 1980s) no-one I knew would have tried to defend this (even unsaved people).  How things have degenerated...
