 And once this type of movie is allowed on Netflix or cable TV, they will continue to show young girls or boys in sexual type scenes, thereby satisfying the pedophiles in society and normalizing the abuse of children.   Similar to what happened with the subject of homosexuality....show it enough until it is accepted.

they are not going to go to Netflix for that Debp.....   people don't seem to understand they have their own web section that you can't get to unless you have access to their DNS servers...   they don't need Netflix for that....the only reason they could have is to reach 11 year olds and parents should be involved with that...

That's what they say....  which contradicts what the movie is about, in it's own description.  The description says 11-year-old girl moves into a group of sexualized twerk dancers.

How is that "against" sexualization of young children, by having a girl go be sexualized in a twerk group?

Do you think pedophiles are going to watch the movie with a dozens scantly dressed 11 to 14 year olds, and think "Oooooohhhh!!  It's a commentary!!!!".... no.  of course not.

Again, you can verify anything I'm telling you.

I watched that commentary video and read the Variety page. If it was verified (in the video he states was not verified yet) that was a pretty ham-fisted response by Netflix. 

Anyway, I'm still not sure whether pedophilia is the correct term here, based on it's dictionary definition. If anything, I'd go with child pornography for a more accurate term for what's being shown.

we have laws against child porn and I see where people are put in jail for it every week.....   if this movie is as bad as everyone says (and I have no clue ya or nay) we should have it investigated...      so call your district attorney and complain.   That's a whole lot more productive than canceling Netflix.

I saw a trailer on YouTube. The idea is they are trying to teach very young girls to live in rebellion against authority, adults and their elders. MTV has been doing this from their beginning. The media does what they can to get young people to rebell. Only now they are going after them at a younger age. I use to protest at the abortion mills and the girls were around 13 or 14 back then, Now Satan is going after 11 & 12 year olds.
