Jay Sekulow & his son was using the Texas Supreme court case to raise money for his organization.  He argues a lot before the Supreme Court so he maybe justified to raise money to support his cause. Everyone seems to be in it for the money though. To the best of my ability to remember I have never receive any money for serving God.   I would rather receive my reward in Heaven from God. Although a little bit of earthly reward may not be so bad at this point with all we have had to endure this year.

Yes it was with the same protein they used to modify the Aids virus. The information comes from a Nobel Prize Winner. This means we can pay attention to them because their work has been given a prize. Also snoops lists this as being correctly attributed. I would appreciate it if you did not take up my time with something that snoops verifies. I am giving you peer reviews information. In general though the virologists are covering up for each other. So I can understand your skepticism to some degree. Still if you are going to make a claim you had better be prepared to back up your claim with something of substance. So now it is your turn to show me what you have to back up your claim. I am glad to back up what I say with the evidence and you should be prepared to do the same.

There is no doubt that Luc Montagnier is of this opinion.

*sigh* - I've debunked this once already in this forum, and probably on this thread.

Montagnier is also a proponent of "water memory" and "homeopathy", so while he made a great discovery and rightly rewarded, his scientific credibility is somewhat diminished.

However, the paper on which he based his opinion was on a pre-pub server, placed there by an Indian team. After their work was critiqued and errors were found in their analysis were found, they withdrew the paper. It was not peer reviewed, and was not a published paper.

Further work - published in https://www.nature.com/articles/s41591-020-0820-9#Sec8 so peer-reviewed - has demonstrated that while the virus could be engineered, it is entirely more likely that it came from a natural source and a natural mutation.

All this information is in exactly the same article that you refer to in Snopes.You might also refer to the Snopes article entitled "The Origins and Scientific Failings of the COVID-19 ‘Bioweapon’ Conspiracy Theory"

Ergo - you can only claim that this is a cover up if you selectively accept the science that agrees with your pre-existing theory and reject anything that is against it.

Most likely? If that is all they know then they are not qualified to comment. I did a study on the women they call the bat lady who went into a cave (mine) to get this virus from the Bats. You know you can track a virus by the mutations so they know the whole story of where this virus has been and who has tampered with it. Anyways, you are a skeptic and not interested in knowing what is going on so believe what you want. I have done a considerable amount of research reading peer review magazines so I know what I learned from that. The funny thing is the virologist themselves make no effort to cover up what they have done in the articles they have written. It is just the fake news people are to lazy to do any real research. It is not like it was back in the old days when they really wanted to report the truth.

I don't see a conspiracy or cover-up here.  HIPAA is common sense to me.  I work as a caregiver in addition to my full-time job.  Various groups I've worked with have issued badges to be worn around the neck when going out with clients.  I have told them all that I wouldn't wear it because nobody needed to know that the people I was with had any issues at all.  As far as I was concerned we should just be viewed as a group of family or friends just like anyone else.  So far they have all agreed with me.  Most people who do see that the people I'm with me have issues don't ask about it, they just get it.  In the rare case that somebody does ask, my response is that we all have issues of some kind.

Nobody needs to know all the personal details of someone's life.  If and when they want to tell you things, they will.  In the case of heath care, only the individual, close family, or legal guardian needs to be provided with full information, so they can make informed treatment decisions.

We live in an internet age where privacy is a rare commodity.  But it still needs to be respected.  The wife of this man obviously didn't wish to discuss details with you.  That is is her right.  You need to respect her wishes.  Prayer is powerful.  You could also offer to help in any way you can.  You don't need to know everything to help someone.  Just be there for them.

That is nonsense. We know the virus came from the Wuhan virology institute and we know that Francis Collins approved the research that had been banned. The question here is if the virus we engineered to be a weapon of war or if they were doing research and the virus escaped. According to China this institute is a box inside of a box and it would be impossible for a virus to "excape". Yet if you follow the story the very first people to get this virus were older delivery drivers from the fish market that is less then 15 miles from the Institute. Fish markets do not spread bat virus. It is pretty clear that they delivered the fish to the institute and contacted the virus from the workers there. Because they are older they had complications and went to the hospital and that is where the story begins. 

So you could present a argument that this virus escaped but was not weaponized and that the USA funded research was really looking for a cure for the virus. The problem with that is the way the chapter ends and a new chapter begins. The bat lady made a claim that we have not seen anything yet and they have something a lot worse then this. She disappeared the next day and has not been heard from.  There was a brief message on her social media that her and her family are fine so do not worry about her.  Of course we still have the question of why did Collins lift the ban on the research for this virus? Looks like a case of payola to me.

But she wanted me to pray for her husband for healing. Other wise maybe he would be dead and then we would be having a different discussion. As a Christian we continue to do good for people.
