Let me share why i posted this thread. Usually when i have wrong thoughts i tell myself to think about what is good instead, as paul teaches us. And it helps. But the other day i was bombarded by thoughts, so i told myself i was not under the law, and the thoughts went away. I just had to release those chains on my mind. Does this make sense? Im not sure but it helped. Praise the Lord.

You see, because I believe He paid for all our sins. This is a colossal difference as far as our faith is concerned.

And does that make your works perfect? Do you ever do wrong? I do.

Read the Bible and seek God's Kingdom and His righteousness [Matt. 6,33], asking with your own words the Lord Jesus Christ for forgiveness for all your sins, salvation [Rom. 10: 9-13] and an understanding of the written Word of God. You will see for yourself [1 John 2.27; J. 14,25-26] that His Kingdom is a Kingdom of grace [Rom. 8: 31-39], the righteousness of God [Rom. 1.16-17; 3.21-22; Philip. 3: 8-11] and His peace [J. 14.27; Rom. 14.17]. The sensual world does not know it, because it is not about the buildings, organizations, titles or wisdom of this world, and money is not the currency there [Mat. 6.24].

Today the area of the Kingdom includes broken hearts [Acts. 3.19-20; Col 1: 12-13], who by the grace of God, the Lord Jesus, knew Him as the only Lord and Master [1 Cor. 8.6; Rome. 10.13; Mat. 23:10], the only rock [Isa. 44.8; 1 Cor. 10, 1-4], and the only Savior [Acts 4: 10-12], who became man forever, the only Mediator to God [1 Tim. 2,5-6], the only High Priest [Heb. 5.5-10; 7,11-10,2], the only Head of the Church [Col. 1,18] and the only Way of God [J. 14,4-11].

God judges us. Scripture says so. Forgive me but i dont quite understand what you are saying. Grace doesnt teach us that our sin is ok, no it teaches us to deny ungodly lusts.

If we try to apply biblical laws, when we are tempted, we will fail (see Rom. 7).

We should seek the Lord for his grace, when we are tempted and he will give us the way out and work in us the willingness and doing of taking that way out.

These are two different paths: the first leads to dead works, guilt and failure (or pride and pretended success); the second is the path of fellowship with the Lord and living in his victory.

Oh, then I'll ask Have you heard about Jesus?

Yes,we have heard about Jesus and what He did for us.

We now live under a New Covenant. The Old was "a shadow of things to come"; the new, is the reality (Col. 2:14-17; Heb. 10:1-18).

The Old is "fulfilled" or completed; the New is still in force (Matt.5:17, 18; 2 Cor. 3:6-18; Heb. 10:9).

Prophecy foretold the abolishing of the Old, and the establishing of the New (Isa. 51:4; Jer. 31:33; Acts 2:22; Heb. 8:7-13; 10:4-18; Rom.11:25-29).

One was too weak to overcome sin; and the other gave victory over sin (Rom. 6:1-23; 8:1-4; Eph. 2:8, 9; 1 John 5:1-18).

One was made to be changed (Heb. 7:11-22; 8:5, 6; 9:9, 10; 10:1-18; Gal. 3:19-24; the other was made to be unchanged (Heb.7:22; 8:6; 10:9; 13:20).

Only men who persist  in being under the Old Covenant are under it, and they are going to be held accountable for every detail of the law (Gal. 3:10-12; 5:3; James 2:10).

If they persist in keeping the old law sabbath, then they are responsible for not being circumcised, for not offering sacrifices, and for not doing everything the law requires.

Jesus came to make a new covenant to replace the old one, and it is only when it is accepted by man that the benefits of the new covenant are enjoyed by man who then becomes a party to it (Mark 16:16; John 3:16-19; 1 Tim. 2:4; 2 Pet. 3:9; Rev. 22:17).

If men do not accept the terms of the new covenant, then they have to pay the original death penalty incurred by Adam, choosing it in preference to the terms of the new contract (Gen. 2:16-18; Rom. 5:12-21; Mark 16:16; Heb. 2:3).

2 Cor. 3:  3, Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

You are right, but what you will find is someone who can tell you about salvation in Jesus, and you can also find that information here.  Only Jesus saves.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
