The fall of the second beast will not be in a political sense, but in a religious sense.  So how do you wound a lie, and a false system? By correcting it with the Truth.  This is the destiny of the Elect.  There will be a great revival of people returning to the Lord at this time.  When the Elect and the two witnesses do their job, the antichrist will completely lose it and he’ll know he only has a short time. 

But who does God allow to heal this beast (one-world system) again?  Satan.  God now carries out the rest of His end-time plan.  When the antichrist (Satan) heals this one-world system, the world will worship him and either knowingly or in ignorance, they will be receiving the mark of the beast.

Do you feel end of the age prophecy is going to be fulfilled in the physical realm affecting earth and sky and ocean and people, or do you feel it's spiritual fulfillment only, or maybe a combination?

I think what we are told will happen by any number of modern prophets, pastors, etc. is a lot of distracting information. Based on that I'm not looking for the NWO or a OWO or the like. I think we'll all be quite surprised. We are never going to know for sure until it happens. 

But yes. Jerusalem. Always.

Think about this. The church is fragmented and split into several camps. Pre-mil is one and Dispensational offshoots is another set. Then see how many on this site are still arguing about Revelation and vials, and bowls, and futurist stuff that already came to pass. Our attention has been cleverly subverted and we do not do the Job of Kings and Priests because we are looking over our shoulders for the fake-rapture and tribulation. The tribulation happened in 70AD, yet the money making profiteers keep setting dates that never actually happen - and sell more books.

Futurism holds just one thing: The second coming and the separation between the sheep and the goats along with a huge Cosmic fight called Har-mo-ade in Hebrew - that is, the battle for Mount Zion.
(Har means mountain and is NOT the plain of Megiddo)
