Most of the multis I take only give a small percentage of zinc. I am looking for a %100 daily dose. I take lots of D3 and get some naturally. I take vitamin C in addition to a multi. I am also eating broccoli sprouts which are supposed to be very good for you. I usually don't eat breakfast at all.

Things I don't do- I get about 6 hours sleep instead of 8 and seem to function ok like that. I like my Coke Zero once in awhile. Even though I raise my own eggs I haven't been eating them much lately. I am up for the occasional( once a week maybe) Taco bell or Mcdonalds. Usually though it's Wendy's chili, potato or chick filet. I try to intake mostly protein and less carbs. I eat mostly chicken at home. I drink at least one coffee a day. I don't smoke. I drink only very occasionally in small quantities. If I'm out working sweating hard I'll always push a lot of water. I mean a LOT of water. With a meal I might drink sugar free ginsing tea or lemonade. I generally soak my clothes in sweat when outside working hard so I need to push the water..

I happily got the jab(s) though and I feel much better I did. The long term prediction for the vaccine is the same for those who didn't get it. Death.

Don't participate in large gatherings.Take a good multiple vitamin everyday. Centrum is a good one. Not all vitamins are good. When soap and water is not available when out in public use hand sanitizer. Wash your hands often especially if you have been outside your house. Wash your hand for at least 30 seconds. Keep your immunity in excellent condition by eating and drinking things every day that will increase your immunity such as vitamin C . Check on google for those things that will increase your immunity. Wash your hands after handling money. Wear a mask when entering a building.

I don't disagree with eating a healthy balanced diet. But, giving medical or dietary advice over the internet is a bad idea, first of all, you (collective you, no one here specifically) do not know the health status of those reading or what medications they are taking. And giving such advice can do more harm than good for some individuals. The best person for people to seek medical /diet advice from are licensed medical doctor's.

All medications come from animal, plant or mineral sources. Just because something comes from plant sources only, does necessarily make herbal remedies harmless. The general perception that herbal remedies or drugs are very safe and devoid of adverse effects is not only untrue, but also misleading. Herbs have been shown to be capable of producing a wide range of undesirable or adverse reactions some of which are capable of causing serious injuries, life-threatening conditions, and even death.

The best health advice to give online is to tell others to seek medical advice from a licensed practitioner. Because something that helps you, may not be beneficial for others. Herbal remedies, have proven to be quite toxic for some individuals.

Talk to a medical doctor who has knowledge of your health issues before following any medical advice from some stranger over the internet

It is true, that all men are appointed to die, and have no advantage over the animals in this regard. But true also, that medication and poultices have been mentioned in scripture and have shown to be beneficial. OTC pain relievers won't keep you alive forever, but they do help provide relief from pain. The same with many other medications... they help in regards to comfort when needed.

Do not discourage people from taking a much needed medication; such as for high blood pressure or diabetes or other illnesses.

Whether medication or herbal, all should seek the advice from a medical doctor in person, who can examine you (collective you, no one here specifically) and then find the best course of action for you.

I took medicine for diabetes before God cured me of it.  I still take medicine for high blood pressure, arrhythmia, anxiety, and migraines.  I am not anti-medicine or necessarily anti-vaccine.  I just have grave reservations about the Covid-19 vaccines.  I do not believe in the flu shots either.

Need to keep in mind that you and I are not the only ones reading the thread. There are many who come to worthy, but haven't replied to topics who are reading. I also said “collective you” which means everybody in general speaking, so my reply wasn't to you specifically, but speaking to people in general or overall.

I have more faith in a trained medical specialist than I do for most general practitioners. Both have opinions which vary. There are bad, good, better and best of each. I caught one of my docs getting info from the internet and it wasn't a patient portal. How do we know when and if they Google? I would shrug :noidea: and say " It all depends on the advice". I had a friend tell me straight cherry juice is good for your joints. I have since confirmed it personally. Real pure tart cherry juice is expensive though. I had already heard about tumeric ( I take that in capsule form) and Ginger. There are different kinds of ginger root. Some are better than others. I hate ginger in pure form.

Our bodies probably indicate to us better than any person what we need. Why do pregnant women all of a sudden need a different diet? How do they know what they want and why with no medical help? I have a similar thing where I sometimes get these cravings for a certain food or foods. I am not talking about a 24/7 craving for chocolate, ice cream and a double BK whopper. That one is clearly unhealthy. A little chocolate helps me though. The cocoa beans have something healthy in them for some people. Carrots? They are great. I have a juicer and tried making my own juice. Takes a LOT of carrots and probably why carrot juice is expensive in pure form here. Read the label since they often try to pass off a juice as pure when it isn't. I would almost rather occasionally buy it.

Low fat foods and anti oxidants are said to be helpful.

None of it is good in excess. You'll just end up peeing out a lot of $$ in vitamin pills. There are no substitutes in vitamins for a vaccine. Two completely different things that work in two completely different ways. I don't believe we can replace one for the other.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
