That's what my grandfather said about social security numbers when I was a kid in the 50s.  And bar codes were the same from my dad when they came out.  Now it seems to be the chips or RFID tags in general.

Truth be that when we do finally go to a global cashless system, the mark could be literally anything.

With technology growing the way it is I doubt that the mark is actually available today.    And it seems that every tool, both good and bad, get tagged as being the forerunner to the mark.    And in reality until the Beast rises, none of it matters at all.

Whatever it is, if you are not in the book of life you will think it's the best thing in the world as part of following the beast that is the greatest thing that has come upon the earth.....    and if you are in the book of life you will simply be killed for not worshiping the beast.

Social security numbers are different than injecting a human with an experimental vaccine. No, the MOB is not available today but with technology the way it is the MOB will be very possible in the future. Yes, you would be killed for taking the MOB but that is not all. You will spend eternity in the lake or fire and be tormented for an eternity. Do you know how long an eternity is? Forever and ever never ending.

Well, there is a possibility that they can incorporate the vaccine into a chip of some kind.

I think we can speculate into just about any scenario.  Once we go to a cashless society we could just freeze all accounts until people get a small purple smiley face on their hands or forehead.

I'd like to expand on my observations and thoughts if I may. Whatever this "mark" turns out to be, it involves worship and loyalty to the Beast. As we are witnessing today, the world is screaming about the perilous times we are living in. Government leaders, the United Nations, and probably the majority of Earth's population are looking for someone to solve all our problems. 

Climate change (formally global warming), false flag Covid pandemic, United Nations Agenda's 2021 and 2030 is the playbook. There sure has been an increase in natural disasters globally, and now in the U.S. 

Yes, I remember what people thought about the Social Security number. It was the beginning of a chain of personal identifiers. My original SS card had in big print, "NOT FOR IDENTIFICATION PURPOSES." Now you cannot get a bank account, employment, or anything else without "your papers please."

Few dispute, one person (the Antichrist) will be controlling the globes financial system. At present, an army of people could not control all buying and selling. To control that, everyone would have to be plugged into a system, have an instant personal identifier. The ways and means to do that are here an being forcefully implemented. I believe artificial intelligence (A.I.) will also figure out prominently in this global control. 

It matters, because we are commanded to be (watchmen), as we see the day approaching. What day? It's is not Jesus' return, because we don't know the day nor the hour. It is the signs of the times and approaching Tribulation we are to watch for. 

Our advanced technology is very apparent in Daniel and Revelation.

Many internet experts have said the minute we go online we give up a certain amount of freedom. Even those who use alternate web browsers.It really is amazing all of the different ways we can be tracked. No too long ago...ok 40 years or so, they tracked criminals by looking at their credit card receipts (remember those old credit card machines?), the tread of their car tires, their finger prints and witness testimony.

Now they see you on ten cameras, they listen and track through your smart phone, they know everything you buy, every time you post a picture from your phone they have all of the gps data from it unless you wiped those pictures. Social media knows everyone you know and what your thoughts are if you post them. If a person considers this kind of thing to be a loss of freedom, then we are all cooked geese.

The "mark of the beast" is not something that was really brought up initially, but I think the subject steers a lot of thinkers in that direction.

My thoughts on it- I don't think the mark of the beast is going to be one of those things where it identifies what it is. Instead it will be one of those things that we will know based on how they are implementing it according to what the bible says. I see it as a huge PR campaign that's going to set everyone as if it's a wonderful solution for everyone. No more need to take a wallet or purse along. Just show up and buy stuff. Anyone who won't do it will be old school and a luddite. People with small IQs that think this is something in the bible ( the very nerve)

They won't come out and say- " OK people listen up, the beast is here and he demands our servitude and worship, so you will take a mark. If you don't we have places for you to go."

It's going to be well presented. The beast won't be called the beast no more than the anti-christ will be called the anti-christ. It's all a game of smoke and mirrors. Most of the the world will be blinded to this new leader and will just line up and follow.

Are we seeing the progression? People will stand out in the freezing cold for hours on "Black Fridays." People scramble and butt lines for the next best thing. Look at the progression in technology and size, I.e. Bag phones, small cell phones, flip phones, smart phones, wrist watch smart phone. The technology is doubling every couple of weeks now. Dick Tracey and his wrist watch communicator, is now Fred Flintstone technology.

From a personal identifier of a social security number, to a plugged-in global system. I understand one cannot outsmart facial recognition software, with sun glasses, beard, wigs or disguises. Not to mention the ever-growing DNA database, and biological identifiers. It's hearsay and I cannot prove it, but I suspect social media sites like Facebook are using pictures posted for facial recognition identification? 

If you get arrested and booked for any small offence, and in court you are found not guilty. It doesn't matter, they took your DNA in the processing stage, and it rests in the central DNA database. It cannot be expunged.

I know for a fact, when you send your DNA to Ancestory.com, to find out your heritage; it's sold and goes into a central DNA database. 

Look at everything that can be done with the smart wrist watch right now, but that's inconvenient, it can be stolen or left on the nightstand. The next logical evolutionary step, keep downsizing it to the size of a grain of rice, and inserting it. 

All the preceding has been well presented and gobbled up. Wouldn't it be nice to walk out of your door, knowing you have not forgotten anything? No waits in any lines to purchase stuff. Get your driver's license without having to present your original social security card, proof of residence, birth certificate, marriage license (yes, I had to present mine in TN.)

Not being able to rob anywhere or anyone for cash, or take your personal device from under your skin, how will criminals and drug addicts support themselves? How will the drug cartels adapt to a cashless system? The preceding is just one of many incentives people and government will find attractive in this new system.

If you want to see the history behind where this last push started find and read Constance Cumbey's book, "Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow."   Constance was researching the New Age Religion/Movement in the early 80's and tagged the people and their movement into the United Nations and take over some of the more important departments....   Not the government sections but those pertaining to education and how people should live.   Agenda 21 that has turned into agenda 30 is a good example.    Many NGO's that set standards all over the world.   Even back in the 80s, the core people would tell you that they were setting up the structure for the Antichrist.      It has reached a level that I doubt seriously that we can stop it globally....   What happens locally will just depend on God.
